I'm delighted to share with you all today the latest announcement from GAC Media! In September they will be launching an all new app that will feature GAC talent, such as: Danica McKellar, Cameron Mathison, Jill Wagner, Jen Lilley, Trevor Donovan, and more! NEW DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER APP WILL FEATURE ORIGINAL SHORT-FORM CONTENT FROM GAC FAMILY TALENT

NEW YORK, NY – May 17, 2022 – GAC Media today announced the development of Great American Community, a new direct-to-consumer app featuring short-form lifestyle, seasonal and holiday content from GAC Family’s beloved family of talent. The company has commissioned more than 200 hours of original content exclusively for the ad-supported app, which will be available in mobile app stores and on connected devices. Great American Community will launch in September 2022 with a celebration of the fall season.

“Since launching GAC Family original programming last October, fans have been asking us for more opportunities to engage with our roster of talent, which we believe is the best in the business,” said Bill Abbott, President and CEO of GAC Media. “Great American Community will serve as a stand-alone app delivering a completely new experience for consumers hungry for trusted, family-friendly content that is relevant to their lives. If you're curious how much this app is going to cost, well... according to nexttv.com, "At launch Great American Community will probably be free to consumers, but GAC is considering creating additional content and features that might appear on a premium tier."

It's exciting to see how GAC Media is further developing their brand and creating new content to reach out to even more viewers. I'm thrilled to see the variety of options GAC will be offering through their app, especially GAC Giving and Caring™, which the press release states as "a new digital series that focuses on the many ways that GAC Family talent gives back." I have a feeling that will end up being my favorite!

Erin Krakow will be making her last appearance on Hallmark Channel's morning lifestyle show, Home & Family, on Wednesday morning at 10am/9c.! Why is this the last? Sadly, this is the final season for Home & Family hosted by Debbie Matenopoulos and Cameron Mathison. Episodes will end airing in August.

As for Erin's current interview... will she be announcing another season for When Calls the Heart? Ratings have been spectacular for this 8th season - often surpassing every other program on cable TV - so that has to be good news. Right? I know many Hearties (including myself!) will be eagerly awaiting any details regarding a possible Season 9 and any hints on the Season 8 finale, too!

UPDATE 5/5/2021: Erin Krakow's interview on Home & Family was a delightful plug for the Season 8 finale episode. She discussed what went into the decision on the man Elizabeth will ultimately choose. And, yes, there will be a special kiss! A scene from the finale episode was also shown with Elizabeth and Rosemary and it looks like they have finally patched things up and are friends again, which makes me soooo happy! In this scene, Elizabeth and Rosemary discuss both men, Lucas and Nathan, and the possibility of Elizabeth loosing her reason for coming to Hope Valley in the first place - teaching. Unfortunately, Erin does not mention a renewal for Season 9 during thee interview; however, when Debbie and Cameron ask Erin about potential characters who may be leaving, she does say something about leaving the viewers with a cliffhanger. So... we still have to wait and see, but I think we can all remain very hopeful for more stories from Hope Valley!

Home & Family Returns to the Hallmark Channel in April with Some Changes... SEE HERE:

Great News to brighten up your day - for all of you "Home & Family" fans! According to deadline - the morning talk show / lifestyle program - will be returning to the Hallmark Channel beginning April 5th, 2021, albeit with a shortened schedule. The show went on hiatus in January in order to comply with new corona virus standards.

Instead of 5 days a week, "Home & Family" will now only air 3 days - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Plus, there's more. Instead of 2 hours, the show will only be one hour - from 10 am to 11 am ET. Debbie Matenopoulos and Cameron Mathison will still continue to host.

Should be interesting to see what this new shortened format will be like when the show returns this spring!

I hope all of you enjoy the new Christmas Cookie Matchup on Hallmark Drama! I was watching some of the Food Network Holiday Baking competition shows Monday night. Oh my goodness! It's truly incredible to watch them create such unique creations and designs! I can't wait to see how the stars of WCTH will assist these bakers in this competition. It is well known that Kavan Smith (Lee) enjoys cooking, plus he has been in the kitchen on Home & Family; therefore, I'm curious to see how well he'll do in this!

One can only guess what mysteries and romantic interests are ahead for the spunky, intuitive librarian, Aurora Teagarden, who has a passion for solving murders! I know I can't wait, and I hope you all enjoyed this movie news, too!

In personal news, Candace also shared details on her hand injury from a go-kart accident with her siblings over the holidays. Her hand is still swollen, but is healing. I know we are all grateful it was a minor injury, and we pray all the best for her with the recovery.

On Hallmark Channel's Morning Talk Show, Home & Family, Lacey Chabert announced for the First Time (April 7, 2017) - that due to viewer feedback and overwhelming response, there will be a Sequel to ALL OF MY HEART - starring Lacey Chabert and Brennan Elliott!

Lacey was on Home & Family to promote her new Spring Fling Hallmark Channel movie - premiering this weekend - "Moonlight in Vermont!"

We don't know, yet, when this will air, (UPDATE: "All of My Heart: Inn Love" Premieres October 7, 2017 on the Hallmark Channel!) but Brennan Elliott revealed via video on Twitter (Watch Below!) - that All the Cast & Crew would be Returning! Ed Asner also starred in the original movie as the friendly man who sat outside of the local market and eventually came to know Brian (Brennan Elliott) and Jenny (Lacey Chabert), as they made trips into town to pick up items for the B&B they were fixing up together!!!

This is such exciting news for all fans of this Hallmark movie! There was a great effort on Social Media to bring Lacey and Brennan back for this sequel and I'm so happy to see it worked!!! Yay! Hallmark is the best at listening to their viewers and we truly appreciate that! (Congrats to @AllOfMyHeartTV on Twitter!)

"All of My Heart" was so well loved... it also won the "It's a Wonderful Movie - Favorite Family TV Movie" for 2015 over many other great movies - "A Country Wedding," "Coat of Many Colors," "Surprised by Love," and "When Calls the Heart: New Year’s Wish." (see here!)

Mark and Debbie sit down with Hallmark Channel stars Danica McKellar, Rachel Boston, Dylan Neal and Sophia Lucia, who discuss their upcoming Christmas movies.

The Los Angeles Ballet performs a spectacular waltz from "The Nutcracker."

Fabio Vivani cooks up a succulent prime rib roast and Debbie shares her secret family recipe for Virginia Ham.

The H&F house features a spectacular light show with the music of Trans Siberian Orchestra.

Wednesday, September 14, 2016 - Hallmark Channel stars Paul Greene and Danica McKellar, who starred together in the Hallmark Movie 'Perfect Match', will stop by Hallmark's morning show Home & Family to announce Hallmark's Countdown To Christmas lineup!

It was already listed on Hallmark Channel's schedule that Paul Greene and Danica McKellar would appear next Tuesday on Home & Family, but Danica released the reason why via her Facebook page!

In case you are wondering, Yes, Danica McKellar is the one who revealed details on the Hallmark Channel's 2015 Christmas line-up last year on Home & Family, and Cameron Mathison revealed Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Christmas line-up, the following day, last year.

We will have to wait and see what all Paul Greene and Danica McKellar reveal for the 2016 Christmas Season!!!

In the meantime, I have a List of the Christmas Movies Hallmark has already revealed, here - including the 19 Christmas movies projected to premiere this year on the Hallmark Channel alone!
