Great News to brighten up your day - for all of you "Home & Family" fans! According to deadline - the morning talk show / lifestyle program - will be returning to the Hallmark Channel beginning April 5th, 2021, albeit with a shortened schedule. The show went on hiatus in January in order to comply with new corona virus standards.
Instead of 5 days a week, "Home & Family" will now only air 3 days - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Plus, there's more. Instead of 2 hours, the show will only be one hour - from 10 am to 11 am ET. Debbie Matenopoulos and Cameron Mathison will still continue to host.
Should be interesting to see what this new shortened format will be like when the show returns this spring!

H&F was airing 5 Days last a week since September until January
ReplyDeleteWhen I notice 3 Days of a week: Monday-Wednesday so, i notice there’s no H&F on Thursday & Friday but it’s a movie: A Ring by Spring last January 2021
There’s no H&F but still Movies until I read the articles that H&F will resume on March 29, 2021 & it’s back in the air on 4/5/202 that’s things have change

Yeah, I'm wondering if all of the regular members will be back since the show has been shortened. I always enjoyed Kym Douglas and Maria Provenzano's segments. Hope they and many others will be returning. We'll see...
DeleteAli moved to Tennessee. There was an episode where they said goodbye. I'm assuming Paige didn't come back due to Covid, but I missed her as well. Will be good to see them again.
DeleteNet, completely off subject here, but I listened to an interview of Kristoffer Polaha today. He was talking about his book that was released today that he co-wrote. In the conversation Mystery 101 came up and they are getting ready to film #7!! Yay!! Have you heard any thing about this?
ReplyDeleteJoyce! That's a great scoop - I have not seen that announced, yet. Awesome! I'm so glad you shared that news with us... I just love hearing they are planning to make more. I mean, I knew they were popular, but you never know if the actors will want to continue. (like "Murder She Baked")

Hope that will work, if not go to FB and look up his fan page or Mystery 101 has a FB page too. He has co-written a book, "Moments Like This" with Anna Gomez. It's a romance novel. I believe there will be more to come.

DeleteNet, yes it's the same one. I have seen another interview of Kris promoting his book and he talks about Mystery 101 there too and makes the comment about number 7 coming up to film. But for the life of me I can't find that one.

Where was Home and Family Filmed or where was that show broadcasted from?
ReplyDeleteChris, Home & Family is filmed in the Universal City area of Los Angeles. They went on hiatus earlier this year due to tighter lockdown restrictions in California.
