PLOT:
Storyline via Hallmark: Caretta “Cara” Rudland (Kelly) thought she’d left her Southern roots and troubled family far behind, but returns to the scenic Lowcountry of her childhood summers after losing her job in Chicago. There, she reconnects with her mother Lovie (MacDowell), who has been caring for her young, pregnant friend Toy (Vega) in her charming beach house.
Before long, the rhythms of the island open Cara’s heart in wonderful ways as she becomes a bona fide “turtle lady” who conserves the area’s wildlife, repairs the family beach house and renews a past romance with former love, Brett (Murray). Eventually, Lovie reveals a secret she has been keeping from Cara and the mother daughter pair does their best to keep it from putting a dark cloud over the precious time they have together. When a devastating storm hits, Cara will help Lovie save hundreds of sea turtles from certain death and learn some of life’s real truths in the process: lasting love requires sacrifice, family is forever and mistakes of the past can be forgiven.

No New Hallmark TV Movies this weekend... Yes, it’s true! That hasn't happened since... well, before Christmas! The last Saturday that didn't have a new Hallmark Channel movie was September 16th! We have been spoiled... as that is certainly a remarkable run of new original movies! Thank you, Hallmark! You are, indeed, incredible at what you do! Perhaps, this is an excellent time to relax and maybe enjoy a movie that you haven't seen, yet, on your DVR... or simply enjoy the ones that are repeating over the weekend on the Hallmark Channel, such as... "Winter's Dream," "Royal Hearts," "Frozen in Love," "October Kiss," "Summer Love," "My Favorite Wedding," and "The Perfect Bride!" Hallmark Movies & Mysteries has a "Mystery Woman" Marathon, starring Kellie Martin, on Sunday!
Even the PixL channel doesn't have a new movie to start off the first Saturday of the new month, which is rather unusual for them, but they will, of course, be repeating ones from the past, like "Sisters of the Groom," "Mary Mother of Jesus," "Letter Never Sent," "The Wedding Do Over," etc... I hope you all have a wonderful March weekend... Spring is right around the corner! Blessings to you all, Net
When God called young Billy Graham's heart when he was just a young man, he accepted that call on his life wherever it may lead. Born William Franklin Graham, November 7, 1918 in the downstairs bedroom of a farmhouse near Charlotte, North Carolina, I'm sure he could have never imagined how God would lead him to spread the Gospel all around the world.
The Sinner's Prayer, led by Billy Graham:
Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name. Amen
"For I know the plans I have for you,”
declares the Lord,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future."
—Jeremiah 29:11
It became Billy Graham's mission to share the Good News, to lead others to a faith in Jesus in repentance of our sins, and give us the hope of eternal life with our Savior, who died on the cross for our sins. During the popular Billy Graham crusades, millions accepted the gift of Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again
to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead."
—1 Peter 1:3
As the world says goodbye, here on earth, to Billy Graham, we know he has been taken with the angels to join our creator in heaven, and those of us who believe, will join him there someday for eternity to walk the streets of gold!
“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord …
that they may rest from their labors,
and their works follow them.”
—Revelation 14:13
Today there is a service for Reverend Billy Graham, who passed away on February 21, 2018. His wife, Ruth, proceeded him in death in 2007... I'm sure that was quite a reunion in Glory!

His children will be speaking in honor of their father - Virginia Leftwich (Gigi) Graham, Anne Graham Lotz, Ruth Graham, Franklin Graham, and Nelson Edman Graham.
The funeral service begins at 12noon and will be televised on Fox News from 11:50am - 2pm EST.
We are grateful Billy Graham followed his calling to preach the Gospel. He was an important spiritual leader "for such a time as this." I remember watching the crusades countless times on TV with my family, and we would call other family members to make sure they were watching, too. My brother and sister-n-love, along with their baby, at the time, attended a local Billy Graham crusade, and my dear aunt & uncle were blessed to be able to attend several crusades and see Rev. Graham preach the word of God to the enormous crowds who always gathered. Generations are forever changed because he shared the amazing love of Christ, and the divine message he brought to all of the world... we are welcome to come into the loving arms of Jesus "Just as I am".
This is a touching video tribute to Pastor Billy Graham:

It's truly a great list of Hallmark Christmas movies, but it is missing some of my favorites... "Window Wonderland," "The Nine Lives of Christmas," "Matchmaker Santa," "Moonlight and Mistletoe," "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year," "Love at the Thanksgiving Day Parade," and more! Plus, as Eddie P. mentioned, last years winner "The Christmas Card" is not on the list this year. Guess they wanted to give another movie the chance to win.
Please share... Are there any of your Hallmark Christmas movie favorites missing, too?
Will you play this year by strategy? Or, will you simply choose your personal favorites?
