My Quick Take:
2025 is poised to be another truly joyful Christmas movie season, with Great American Family’s schedule of faith-filled, family-centered stories.
It warms my heart to see beloved stars returning once again, along with some new faces, for their 5th annual Christmas celebration!
Please note: I am not currently seeing Candace Cameron Bure's previously announced second Great American Christmas movie with Cameron Mathson on the list, the sequel to "Home Sweet Christmas." Stay tuned for any updates there. Could it be exclusively premiering on PureFlix or somewhere else this year?
Additionally, "Coupled Up for Christmas" premiered last year on GAF; the film is set to premiere this December on PureFlix.
I hope you’ll discover many wonderful movies throughout the holiday season. I’d love to hear which films you’re most excited about seeing this Christmas on Great American Family. Please share your top picks in comments.

5 years now, and even though there will definitely be a few changes along the way, it still looks happier and more hopeful then Hallmark's dismal lineup.
ReplyDeleteVery pleased to see a bright, and humble looking lineup that we know won't compromise any views at any time (unlike that other network that still has a hard lesson to learn). -Maria
Additional note: Yes, this network obviously doesn't have the huge staff and writers that Hallmark has, hence the low number of new content and occasional changes
ReplyDeleteBut that's not a bad thing when you know that the content will be good. Having time to dedicate to making sure what you produce is the top of the line content you want should matter more then just making 1 movie after the other to fulfill a giant quota.
And also, Hallmark didn't start off with a huge staff or lineup, it grew that after many years of working towards it.
People are more hungry then ever for good content that doesn't compromise their beliefs and for some kind of hope in this dark world, that's what this network has been working to provide since 2021 and will continue to do so as long it still has it's growing number of supporters!
Ignore the nay sayers and just enjoy the movies and shows, and continue to let GAF know how much we appreciate them in their mission! -Maria
Coupled Up For Christmas is only listed for Pure Flix not for Cable.
ReplyDeleteWhere's the 16 new Christmas movies that were promised in the promo at the beginning of the week?
I'll watch most of these, also interesting to find out that Once Upon A Christmas Crown is disributed by Nicely - Florence
This is exciting news, but I am still anxious to see an official announcement from GAF. I thought we were going to have 16 premieres. This is confusing since it lists 14 without Home Sweet Christmas Wedding, and I wouldn't think GAF would count Coupled Up for Christmas as new premiere. It also looks like we all have some new titles to learn with all the changes. Ha!! I am glad I have Pure Flix since many are airing first on GAPF. However, I will still watch all the premieres on GAF to help with ratings. Thank you Net for always informing us first of all the Christmas news! On a side note, I just watched episode 5 of Crossroad Springs and my love for this new series grows with each episode! Gena
ReplyDeleteI've got to say, I am a little bit disappointed with some of these movie choices. I am probably excited for about half of these movies. I don't know...I expected MORE for their 5 year anniversary. Hopefully they have some more things through out these next 3 months.
ReplyDelete13 movies and I thought 16 I am not counting Coupled up for Christmas. Doxy Mom
ReplyDeleteGreat movies and all but I’m only seeing 13 ( not counting Coupled). Wasn’t there supposed to be 16?. I wonder if this is the full list or if GAF will eventually release more.
ReplyDeleteAnd like you said, where’s Candace & Cameron’s movie? Candace just posted the other day that it was premiering this Christmas. I’m baffled by this.
Thanks for posting the list, Net! I’m looking forward to most of these.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I’m noticing some more title changes.
