Great American Family is giving us viewers some very special programming on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!

The Christmas Eve schedule will include some incredible Christmas singing and programs that highlight the true meaning of Christmas - the birth of Jesus!

On Christmas Day, beginning at 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time), Great American Family will begin their Christmas movie countdown - which is based on the movie reviews they've received from us viewers. Be sure to share your reviews directly with Great American Family.

The Christmas TV Schedule has just been updated - as Hallmark Movies & Mysteries has added "A Happy Yule Log" to their schedule – the day before and on Thanksgiving Day!

Description via Hallmark: "Spend Thanksgiving by the fireside with HMM. Enjoy the glow of the yule log, along with holiday music and a very Happy Cat and Dog."

"A Happy Yule Log" Begins Wednesday November 25th at 5 PM/4c. – and ends Thursday, November 26th, Thanksgiving Day at 5 PM/4c. on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

Every year I contemplate whether or not to include Lifetime’s Christmas movies, because every year when I post them – they change so much – and I am constantly fixing the schedule. Well, in spite of past difficulties, I decided to try it again this year. So, here goes!!!

You will find the Family Friendly Lifetime movies listed on my Christmas TV Schedule, along with the New Lifetime Movie Premieres! Their schedule is only released 2 weeks in advance – so you’ll want to check back in for additional updates!

Then after the page loads – click EDIT > FIND ON THIS PAGE > then insert the Title of the movie you are searching (must be spelled correctly) – then it will be highlighted throughout the page! You just have to click NEXT – to see the next air time for the movie you are searching. FX has a Christmas with the Kranks Marathon!

 

It's still so funny, every time I watch it! I laugh, I cry, (well, I have misty eyes)... as it is truly hilarious and touching, in the end! Luther and Spike are my favorites, as well as... Marty and the Hickory Honey Ham!

FMC has a Marathon of the 1951 version of A Christmas Carol!

 

I think this must be my favorite version of all the renditions of A Christmas Carol. The way Alastair Sim's face lights up at the end of the movie, is something truly special!

 

 

 

The Hallmark Channel will have a Marathon of it's New Original Movies All Day on Christmas Day with limited commercial interruption, featuring Northpole (pictured above),  The Nine Lives of Christmas, A Royal Christmas, Angels and Ornaments, and so much more!

 

This is a very nice tribute from Hallmark to all of their new Christmas movies!

 

 

 

AMC has our Favorite Films...

Miracle on 34th Street, the old and new version,

plus The Santa Clause 2, and Bing Crosby singing White Christmas!

 

I love both versions of Miracle on 34th Street so much... I could never choose a favorite between them! White Christmas means so much to me, too, as I'm sure it does to you and your families, as well. Watching it, is like living in a Christmas Card!

 

 

 

TCM will have a Marathon of the Classic Christmas Movies

we know and love, including Christmas in Connecticut, It Happened on 5th Avenue, Love Finds Andy Hardy, Meet Me in St. Louis (pictured above), and many more!

 

Each of these movies is so dear and meaningful... with Judy Garland singing "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" in Meet Me in St. Louis, then Mickey Rooney, in Love Finds Andy Hardy gets into all kinds of trouble at Christmastime, and everything is a delightful, mixed-up mess in It Happened on 5th Avenue and Christmas in Connecticut!

 

I hope you and your family find something special to watch together this Christmas!
