This is the first Corbin Bernsen Movie to premiere on INSP. I hope it will be a great success as I am looking forward to their partnership in airing many more movies that Bernsen and his team have developed ... including 25 Hill.

Don't forget - Undercover Bridesmaid is Hallmark Channels first Movie to Premiere on a Sunday Night and it will only air just once - over this entire weekend! Typically they used to air them back to back on Saturday night - then, re-air them on Sunday afternoon and evening, too. (Do you like the new "Sunday night" - "one-time" showing?) They will follow up - and re-air this movie more times next weekend. See the Family TV Schedule for times.

RUST will only being airing once, as well - over this weekend. It will re-air in two weeks on April 29th. See the Family TV Schedule. Hopefully, some of you - have the ability to record and see both!

-----------Press Release-----------
INSP Announces Exclusive Agreements
with Corbin Bernsen

Deal includes exclusive network premieres of “RUST” and “25 HILL”

Indian Land, SCINSP today announced the signing of an exclusive multi-film agreement with Corbin Bernsen and Home Theater Films (HTF). This agreement gives the Network rights to exclusive television premieres in the U.S.The announcement was made by Doug Butts, SVP Programming.

“We’re excited to announce this agreement with Corbin’s production company,” said Butts. “Adding original movies of this caliber allows us to continue our commitment to INSP viewers to provide positive entertainment content for the entire family. These films not only strengthen our schedule, but build on the momentum we’ve gained with our currentline-up.  The partnership between INSP and HTF provides our audience with the kind of programming they have come to expect from us - an encouraging message that celebrates honesty, hard work, faith, family and freedom.”

“This has been a dream for me,” notes Bernsen.  “I’ve wanted to create family-oriented movies for several years and I’ve put my heart and soul into these projects.  It thrills me to think about moms and dads sitting with their kids to watch stories that champion the good in people.  I am pleased that INSP has grasped my vision and is committed to showcase these television debuts.  I also am pleased that we share a common vision; to provide wholesome family entertainment that brings out the best in people.”

The agreement currently includes two feature films.

RUST is the story of Jimmy Moore (Bernsen), a former minister in a midlife crisis of faith that rocks his life's calling.  Returning to his small hometown, Moore finds it reeling from a recent tragedy. Can he get to the bottom of a mysterious fire and clear his boyhood friend? A unique story of friendship and calling, RUST may well be Corbin Bernsen's most personal project to date. Set in the real-life Canadian town of Kipling, Saskatchewan (and featuring local citizens in prominent roles), RUST was inspired by the spiritual journey that Corbin has traveled since his father's death in 2008.

25 HILL chronicles the father-son relationship between 12 year-old Trey Caldwell and his dad, an Army Reservist, as the two take on the project of building a Soap Box Derby car. But the work is cut short when Trey’s dad is called to duty in Afghanistan. Two days in he is killed. Trey is left with his mom, the unfinished car and a dream that is all but dead. Trey’s teacher puts him together with a man from her church, Roy Gibbs, a local Fire Chief (Bernsen), who himself suffered the tragic loss of his own son, a NYC firefighter killed on 9/11.

Movie Review:

Rust –

Real, Raw, Emotional, Deep....

Rust is one of those movies where you can nearly feel the heartbeat of the main character – and when he is fighting for justice – you can’t help from wishing with all your heart – that he finds it.

Seeking life’s direction, Jim returns to his hometown and begins to fit together pieces of a puzzle that don’t seem to fit together. An old friend of his, Travis , has been accused of setting a house fire (that killed a family) and he has even admitted to doing it- but Jim just can’t seem to believe it to be true. He observes the people around the town, and starts to unravel the mystery, one piece at a time.

Please Note: This Movie is not suitable for young viewers. There are flashback scenes of a house fire – in which a family is killed. Very sad and tragic. Also, the police and Jim talk about a teenage boy, who has committed suicide.

One of the best parts of this Movie – is watching Jim and his father. They are quite interesting together. His father always has solid advice and witty statements that has come from age and wisdom. In spite of the fact that Jim is a grown man, it is obvious that he still longs to please his father, and even more so – to again, trust in his Heavenly Father.

See or Skip:

See! Deeply interesting and intriguing!
But, please note - this is for Older Audiences only!
