Catch an all-new episode of County Rescue tonight on Great American Family. As Tim is applauded by his colleagues and the media for his recent heroism, Chief Scotty is facing an even more difficult choice as he must decide which rookie will earn the EMT position. See who my guess is at the bottom of this post.
Episode 4 ∙ Stuck Between a Hero and a Griffin
Andy (Brett Varvel) sees Marcos (Angel Luis) in the parking lot outside the station and makes a serious accusation believing Marcos is seeing Tiffany (Curtia Torbert). Duke’s (Percy Bell) drinking problems worsen and Tiffany decides to take the kids to her mom’s. Dani (Julia Reilly) accidentally finds Chief Scotty’s (Tim Perez-Ross) secret leaderboard tracking who is in front for the position, and she loses confidence she can clinch the full-time job. The chief is having trouble picking a candidate because they all possess the right stuff – in different ways. Chief Scotty also knows well the struggles of the career: how it affects faith, family, marriages, careers, and above all, exacerbates human foibles.

Do any of you have any thoughts on who will we be chosen for the EMT position? My guess is one more spot will open up (when Duke takes some time off to deal with his issues) and two people will be chosen. Initially, I'm speculating one of those candidates will be Tim, but I think he'll ultimately decide not to take it. Perhaps, Dani's talks about following her calling will impress on him and he will decide to go to medical school after all, which has always been his dream. Then, if I'm right, both Griffin and Dani will earn the two opened spots. That is just my hunch, but I'm hoping no matter what happens, we'll get a season 2 of County Rescue and all of the cast from Season 1 will be able to return.
New episodes of County Rescue air Monday nights at 8pm/7c. on Great American Family. We only have 2 episodes left (including tonight), with the finale airing next Monday!
Watching live tonight instead of recording. :) Also hoping for a Season 2.
ReplyDeleteSchedule news: Someone in a GAF fan group on Facebook says that Perry Mason is coming to GAF on April 1st
-Maria
Yes, there's a new promo for Perry Mason, but unfortunately, it doesn't give the time. Just hoping they keep the weeknight movies.
DeleteWell, as I suspected, but hoped would not be the case, (no puns intended, but both apply here), the TV drama series Perry Mason is indeed taking over the weeknight movie time slot on Great American Family, airing 3pm-10pm.
DeleteI can’t imagine viewers will be too happy with this, as I, too, am disappointed to see this drastic schedule change. I was really enjoying the nightly movies on there.
If they must do this, then at least play some movies at some time on the weekend.
It also appears the Friday night Christmas movie will not be airing either on GFAM.
Stay tuned for further updates.
Blessings, Net

ReplyDelete-The reason behind the old shows is because they don't have a large library of content yet. (like I and other non complainers suspected long ago.).
-God's Country Song (I recommended this movie to them sometime last year!), Mr. Manhatten (with the Penavegas) and the 1st Aisnley Mcgregor movie will eventually air, no airdate set yet, but I imagine it'll be sometime in the next 2 months.
