Where to Find: Lacey Chabert's Fashion from Hallmark Channel's "The Wedding Veil"!

As soon as "The Wedding Veil" premiered on the Hallmark Channel this January, viewers were captivated by the romantic love story between Avery Morrison (Lacey Chabert) and Peter Hastings (Kevin McGarry), plus Lacey's beautiful clothing, which nearly stole the show!

Since "The Wedding Veil" actually filmed last year, it's a little difficult to find all of the lovely dresses worn by Lacey Chabert in the movie; however, I was still able to locate some pretty pieces. The Wardrobe Girls shared design information on Instagram, which was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

Lacey Chabert is well known as Hallmark's movie sweetheart! If you're an avid watcher of Hallmark movies, then chances are - one of Lacey's rom-com's or Christmas movies is in your top ten... perhaps, All of My Heart, Christmas Waltz, A Royal Christmas, and now, maybe... The Wedding Veil! I hope you enjoy the fashion from the movie I was able to find in this post. Be sure to share your favorite dress or your favorite Lacey Chabert movies in comments below! (By the way, I adore all of the movies mentioned above, plus Matchmaker Santa and Love, Romance, and Chocolate!)

Enjoy the fashion from "The Wedding Veil"...

The first dress I'm featuring is the off-the-shoulder, River embroidered dress, by Dress the Population. Lacey looked so pretty in this dress in "The Wedding Veil" as Avery Morrison, when she and her besties, Emma (Autumn Reeser) and Tracy (Alison Sweeney), went shopping together and discovered the enchanting wedding veil.

This dress is sold out in most places; however, I was able to locate the actual River dress and a similar version with longer sleeves with the same overall print called the Virginia dress.

Pretty in Pink! Lacey is seen in The Wedding Veil, alongside Kevin McGarry, wearing this next dress, when she discovers a long-lost painting.

This light pink pleated maxi dress is by Ted Baker - see here.

*See Ebay's option: (less expensive!) here.

Another Ted Baker dress worn by Lacey in the movie, is the Hedgerow Skater dress. Also, if you look close, you can see Caitlin Cromwell Stryker wearing this same style dress in the Hallmark Channel movie, "It Was Always You," in a scene with Erin Krakow. It's not unusual for the same clothing to show up from one movie set to another.

*See this Ted Baker dress at Ebay here.

*See at Poshmark here and here.

One of my favorite dresses Lacey wears in the movie, is this lovely Chapan Bouquet Chiffon Midi Dress by Tommy Hilfiger. The soft pink color is beautiful; the dress gives off the impression of light gracefulness and elegance.

There are a few sizes left at Amazon - here!

This one has been hard to find, but I just discovered 3 sizes newly listed on Ebay...

See on Ebay - here, here, and here!

You can also check Macys for availability here!

Lady in red! Lacey wears this stunning number in the movie when she shares exciting news and embraces Kevin McGarry in a friendly hug. See this shapely knit red dress, with a square neck and cap sleeves by Hugo Boss, at Nordstrom Rack.

See on Ebay: here and here.

Lacey is the very image of sophistacation next to Kevin McGarry in this contrast one-shoulder peplum dress by Chiara Boni. It's perfect for an elegant evening out or a formal occasion. Ideal for a black tie event. This style, with a bit of dramatic flair, yet business appropriate, is perfect for the upscale art gala scene in "The Wedding Veil".

I hope you enjoyed this fun look at Lacey Chabert's clothes from "The Wedding Veil"! It was delightful to see Lacey looking so lady-like and pretty in these lovely dresses, I just had to share them with all of you! Please let me know if you found something special you love!

Look for encore airings of "The Wedding Veil" and the rest of the "Wedding Veil" trilogy with Lacey Chabert, Autumn Reeser and Alison Sweeney in February, during Hallmark Channel's "Loveuary" movie event!

Blessings on your day!
Happy shopping, ladies! Net

  1. I love all of Laceys movies, but The Wedding Veil and Christmas Waltz are my new favorites these days.

If I could have any dress I would choose your favorite, Net, the pink chiffon.

    1. Yes, it looks like a deep purple wrap dress on my screen. It's probably different on various devices and TV's.

    1. Chris, I like the two movies you mentioned, especially "Time for Us to Come Home for Christmas".

I also didn't include some other movies that Lacey Chabert is in, above on DVD- including:

      Christmas in Rome
      The Color of Rain
      The Sweetest Christmas
      A Christmas Melody

There may be another I'm not thinking of. ????

    1. Unfortunately, that one is sold out and I couldn't locate it anywhere for sell. You can see it on the main Dress the Population web-site here:

If you keep a look out, you might be able to find it on Ebay or Poshmark ...one day.

    1. Thank you, Denise! I only wish more of the dresses were available for purchase. I'm looking forward to seeing what they all wear in the next two! :)

    1. Yes! That blush color tone is very pretty on The Wedding Veil Unveiled poster. I'm thinking it may be the same dress she has on - on the original The Wedding Veil cover, but they colorized it a different shade for this poster.

  7. Do you know where her small handbag (it looked like it had embroidered or painted birds on it) is from?

    1. Stefanie, that handbag was from the Ted Baker outlet - so I'm thinking it must've been from the 2019 Spring or Summer Collection. I looked at Ebay and Poshmark last week for it and didn't find it, but it's possible it could show up somewhere someday. I thought it was super cute, too! Maybe Ted Baker will do something like that again someday or perhaps, you can find a knock off version that's a little less expensive this Spring.

  8. Aww! How sweet and feminine they look! Since I'm petite, I like the navy dress with the larger red flowers(Hedgerow Skater dress) Although, the other navy dress is very pretty too, but with the sleeves. I'm not comfortable with off the shoulder dresses. But love the combination of colors. Makes me want Valentine candy. 😍❤

I'm really looking forward to watching these movies though. I look every day on YouTube, but nothing yet. Hopefully it won't take too long for it to be on DVD.

Tomorrow Net, we find out my brother's baby gender. I am super excited. I'm guessing it's girl. God is so good!! He healed my dad's heart, which was a massive attack, now all healthy and normal and now the blessing of a first time baby niece or nephew!
I hope you have a great and blessed week! Thank you for all the work you did on the dresses, I enjoyed looking at them.

    1. Abigail! So wonderful to hear all the continued joyous news for your family! With your dad, I keep thinking - "What the devil meant for evil (or bad), God used for good" (Genesis 50:20). And what joy for your family - to learn if you will be welcoming a little boy or little girl tomorrow! Either way, I have a feeling this precious child will be loved immeasurably!!!

Also, thank you for sharing which dresses you liked above on Lacey Chabert. Like you, I prefer the sleeve version best in the first dress. That's more like my style, too. Plus, I love that flared sleeve, it's rather dramatic. Anyway, I'm so glad to know you enjoyed looking at all of the lovely dresses.

Keep us posted, Auntie, on the baby gender news!!! :)

    2. I love that verse, Net! So encouraging. I am so glad He is sovereign. Praise God from whom all blessings flow! And I promise to keep you updated on the baby news(tonight). You will be the first I tell. And you're right, boy or girl....will be abundantly loved.

God bless dear sister in Christ❤

    4. I've always dreamed I would one day say this this...It's a boy!! And you were right, I am overly happy for the choice God made. Little Liam(or Willian Haddon). Middle name after Charles Haddon Spurgeon. Can't wait till the happy day. Makes me want to go to used baby stores and go looking for goodies. They do have the cutest things. I'm imagining little train corduroy overalls. πŸ€— Aww, God is so good!

Hope you have a great rest of the week Net. Looks like snow might be coming!❄⛄😊

    5. Abigail! Oh what joy - a baby boy!!! I'm over the moon for you and all of your family! What a strong, beautiful name. It's hard not to spoil the first one with all sorts of special things; I remember being the same way with my nephew. Enjoy every precious moment... as it all goes by so quickly! :)

    6. I know. Time really does go fast. Doesn't seem that long ago when my youngest siblings were born. It was a great time. I'm the oldest of 6, so my life was full of babies(homeschooling, Barney, and making bottles at the same time). Felt like my mom had a baby every couple of years and I loved it!

Haha, my brother always used to tell me I would be the spoiling aunt, we'll see. Maybe the fist year. 😊
