"Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Vows We Have Made" - Now Available on DVD!

It's official! The last "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" movie (thus far!), "Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Vows We Have Made," is part of the NEW "Signed, Sealed, Delivered DVD Collection: Movies 9-12"! You can now add this treasure of a movie to your DVD collection - to make it complete!

I'm so delighted to see this powerful, engaging film on DVD - that explores a mysterious lost letter tied to a little boy's hero and a very special, emotional, heartwarming event: Oliver and Shane's wedding day!

After this movie premiered last year in October, I shared a review, plus I was deeply moved by the many wonderful reviews from friends who visit here...

MOVIE REVIEWS:

“Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Vows We Have Made” was pure perfection! The importance of spirituality, the feelings of uncertainty, the closeness of friends, like family, the flashbacks to previous “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” movies… all of these precious moments touched my heart – over and over again! The wedding ceremony was beautiful, sacred, and spiritual! I was so blessed by the vows Shane and Oliver exchanged – repeating phrases from Ruth in the Bible – “Your people shall be my people and your God will be my God…” Once again, I was moved to tears!" "The Vows We Have Made took my breath away. Perfection is the only word that comes to mind. If we had one of these movies every week, it would not be enough. Oliver and Shane's wedding vows! Oh my! The lady who played Shane's mother was wonderful in her role. To hear our Lord honored, as SSD has always done, was a blessing to me. I'm so blown away by this movie; words can not describe my feelings this morning. Looking forward to comments here." ~kitkat

"I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Vows we have Made SSD movie. I was so happy and they kept the faith aspect and they even had some references to past movies/show and clips. I felt like it was perfectly normal that Oliver would be worried about Shane or any person leaving him cause so many have in his life. I love so much when Shane said "I will never leave you". The writing on this series is so good, they always bring up past stuff and dont just leave you hanging like other movies that have sequels or continuations do. The thing is Shane did try and quit, or leave twice, and she didn't cause I believe deep inside she knew she was where she should be. I remember back on From Paris with Love, how she was looking in on Oliver and Holly and saying please don't kiss her. You knew even back then how much Shane loved Oliver. I absolutely loved the wedding vows, how they said them over each other, how beautiful they were. I know for Oliver it was hard to have faith that someone finally wont leave him, but he did and I love how at the end they were all looking at the letter they found saying they have time to go see where it belongs. “Net, I agree completely, 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered' would be a perfect example for Hallmark to follow! You are actually the reason my family and I found Signed, Sealed, Delivered! Thank you!! We had heard of it before, but never watched it, then I found your blog a couple years back and saw how much you loved it, we instantly fell in love with every minute of it too!! We were counting down the days with everyone else waiting for the wedding last weekend, and it did not dissapoint! To put it mildly, it was perfect!” -A Fellow Brother in Christ-

"I finally watched the SSD "the vows we have made" movie. Net, when I read your review above in this blog post I was moved to tears once again. I read your review right after finishing the movie and boy did you nail it with that review (the other reviews are spot on also by others). The movie was fresh in my mind as I read your review and your review moved me soooo much. You really hit the heart of the matter. Now, for the movie. Oh my!!! As Net put it..."pure perfection". Most times there is a build up for something like a movie which never seems to live up to the expectations. You hear so many good things and you get such a high expectation and then it most always lets you down. Not this time. This movie was amazing. When Shane told Oliver she would never leave him and then they started to play the song, "Never my Love" I was absolutely destroyed through that whole scene...Wow!!! And the wedding was ridiculously charming and absolutely lovely and heart warming. So much scripture. So much love! The whole SSD series is remarkable but this movie practically brought me to my knees because I was so moved. (click here to read more) ~Jim

Just reading all of these incredible reviews again - makes me sense the emotional power of Martha Williamson's words in these four Postal workers - searching for the home to these lost letters: Oliver (Eric Mabius), Shane (Kristin Booth), Rita (Crystal Lowe) and Norman (Geoff Gustafson). It's fascinating to watch their endearing friendships and romantic relationships slowly develop over time throughout the series - leading to both their wedding days.

#POstables - Are you ready to come Home Again?

Dear *It's a Wonderful Movie* friends,

I know many of you, like myself, are very cautious of the programming you watch in your home, so... if you'd like to give ratings to a movie that is filled with hope, inspiration, and faith, then you'll want to watch the Thursday night special airing of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Home Again" on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. (See my favorite part of the movie below!)

Thursday, August 13, 2020:

Join the POstables as they take a trip out to the country in...

Storyline via Hallmark: When The Postables discover an antique vase with a letter inside, they trace the package to three little girls who attempted to sell the vase 18 years ago in order to save their family farm. While the vase was an heirloom from many generations ago, the origin is suspicious. With the farm again facing financial hardship, The Postables must choose between doing what’s legal and what’s moral.

I hope all of you POstables enjoy watching this encore airing of "SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED: HOME AGAIN." One of my favorite parts is when Oliver and Shane go for a little stroll in the pasture. This looks very romantic on screen, but take it from this country girl, you definitely want to carefully watch where you are going - if you are anywhere near where animals are grazing.

As for the story-line itself, you are immediately swept away in the story of the mysterious vase, it's history and potential worth. The family farm is in desperate financial need. Could the sudden discovery of the missing vase be the long awaited miracle they are seeking?

If any of you are new to the "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" series, I highly recommend every one, but you'll probably want to start at the very beginning. I have a chronological list of all of the movies and episodes - *HERE*!

And, if you love Christmas movies year round, be sure to check the Christmas Schedule - *HERE*!

*Starring Rachael Leigh Cook and Brendon Penny

"Summer Vineyard" storyline via Hallmark: Three seasons have passed since Frankie Baldwin and Nate DeLuca became partners in love and winemaking as co-owners of Sorrento Farms in Napa Valley. Summer finds them preparing to bottle their first vintage, just in time for Taste of St. Madeleine, a splashy food and-wine event that draws top wine critics as well as huge crowds. A successful showing at Taste of St. Madeleine could launch Sorrento into the big time and secure its immediate financial future. But in their desire to do right by Sorrento and by each other, cautious Frankie and confident Nate end up working at cross purposes -- potentially undermining not only their winery but their relationship.

*Starring Tricia Helfer and Paul Campbell

Storyline via Hallmark: Kate, a driven accounting executive, heads to Cancun with her boyfriend Eric, an equally ambitious land development executive, for some much-needed rest and relaxation. But the getaway they agreed would be 90 percent romance and just 10 percent work becomes anything but that. Upon arrival, Eric learns a prominent real estate developer is a guest in their resort. Wanting to seize the opportunity for potential business, Eric chases this new venture and leaves Kate to her own devices time and again. Luckily, Shep, the resort’s activities director, is an old friend of Kate’s from her camp counselor days and more than willing to help fill her solo hours with fun and adventure. As the old friends spend more time together and reconnect, Kate is reminded of dreams she used to have and finds herself wondering if it’s time to change course.

*Starring Amanda Righetti and Peter Porte

Storyline via Hallmark: Successful and driven single mom Jenna Thompson (Amanda Righetti) writes teen novels, and she has only five weeks to deliver the next one to her publisher. So, this year’s annual beach vacation with her kids Nick (Luke Loveless) and Ally (Reagan Shumate), will be a working vacation for Jenna. Upon arrival, the family soon meets their new next-door neighbor, confident, devil-may-care surfer Lucas McKinnon (Peter Porte), with whom they will be sharing walls and a patio for the next month. Lucas cranks up his music at night, sleeps late, and allows Tank to run around at will. Jenna bangs away at her novel with little success, often blaming Lucas’ loud volleyball matches and irregular hours for her inability to progress. However, after Lucas finds himself bonding with Nick and Ally, Jenna begins to see a different side of Lucas, and when the two find themselves alone together one evening for dinner, each begins to see the other in a whole new – and attractive – light.

*Starring Catherine Bell and Cameron Mathison

Now on vacation in Fiji, she and her daughter are getting much needed mother/daughter time and Jessica is looking to recapture the inner peace she once had with her late husband. Meeting Trevor, a dashing surgeon, when they arrive, Jessica also strikes up a friendship with Will, the charming co-owner of their resort. Attendance has waned because Noah, the professor in charge, has put the emphasis on “Harvest” and not on “Festival.” While Amy shows Noah fun things like pumpkin bowling, he teaches her the art of apple picking, and sparks between them begin to fly. It could be perfect timing for these lovebirds when Amy’s job becomes permanent, if only Noah wasn’t considering a professorship in Australia.

"Royal Hearts" storyline via Hallmark: Kelly, a hopeless romantic in Montana eager to finish her dissertation, and her father, Hank, a rancher, receive news that he has inherited an estate from a faraway land.
