Congratulations to Lacey Chabert, Kevin McGarry, Alison Sweeney, Autumn Reeser and the entire cast and crew for Hallmark Channel's The Wedding Veil! I was also delighted to see Great American Family take 2nd Place with their sweet romantic comedy, Harmony from the Heart, starring Jessica Lowndes and Jesse Metcalfe! Plus, it was nice to see Always Amore, a heartwarming Hallmark Movies & Mysteries drama starring Autumn Reeser and Tyler Hynes, take 3rd Place!

Lovely to see that the 3 winners are ones that I watched. :)) It's real nice to see that The Wedding Veil expanded into such a clean, fluffy series, and especially nice to see 1 of GAF's finest movies as 2nd place! -Maria
ReplyDeleteYay, The Wedding Veil
ReplyDeleteWell deserved!!!
ReplyDeleteThe only one I watched was Harmony From The Heart, which I loved, and only one I voted for; the others did not interest me.
ReplyDeleteHarmony from the Heart was a better movie than the wedding veil.
DeleteMost of the movies I have not seen as was my reason for not voting. Most are still on my DVR unless it has come out on DVD. Life has been hectic first with sewing for my grand nieces AG dolls and right now I am actually at my sisters for another month to be there during/after her 21 day hospital stay. I am so far behind in my movie watching it isn't funny! Already have the first three Wedding Veils and now they have the next two or three on Amazon so I might be watching all six on a binge day! When I get home in about a month, hoping to try to catch up on all my movies on the DVR. Lucky to have a very patient husband to put up with my movie "addiction!"
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the winning movies.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the Wedding Veil! It is a great movie, but I think 6 is enough now.
ReplyDeleteI agree wholeheartedly.
DeleteThe second trilogy was nowhere as good as the first, I really onely enjpyed one of them.
The viewing figures were down on the first trilogy BUT they were still well up on those for all the other movies so for that reason I think it's almost certain there will be a third series - Florence
Most of my favourite movies didn't make the final list!!.
ReplyDeleteI did enjoy The Wedding Veil but not to the same extent as everyone else - very good rather than brilliant.
Kevin McGarry's accent was off-putting as it kept changing.
The chemistry between Lacey and Kevin was amazing but Peter found out that Avery wasn't engaged to be married too soon in the plot - I would have preferred that the "misunderstanding" continued right to the end.
This is where the movie went off for me - it was if they were creating a new character for Peter, unwilling to commit after mooning over her from the beginning.
What was totally incredible was the relationship between the three friends - Florence
Fun! I look forward to seeing "Harmony from the Heart" someday!
