I hope this means that Hallmark will also do the second book in the series, A Time to Embrace. I am so excited all the projects Karen Kingsbury has with Hallmark, we as fans are so blessed. When I saw her about a year and half ago she was telling me all about these projects and it is so nice to see them finally come to the little screen. So looking forward to the Baxter series too, with Roma Downey developing it I know it will live up to the books.
ReplyDeleteThis movie plot sounds very familiar. The movie with Terri Polo was basically the same story. A bit disappointing that Hallmark has to create movies that replay story lines. I am sure I will watch like I do all their other originals. Hopefully it will become a favorite.
ReplyDeleteThat’s the exact same thing I thought when I read the synopsis for “Karen Kingsbury’s A Time to Dance”. Another Hallmark movie that has a very similar plot to other Hallmark movies is “Love by Chance”. When I read that synopsis, it sounded a lot like the Hannah Swensen series on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries (except “Love by Chance” isn’t a mystery story). “Love by Chance” also sounds like “Anything for Love” and “All Things Valentine” (where the guy and/or the girl has to keep a secret that might affect their relationship). For “Karen Kingsbury’s A Time to Dance”, I’ll wait until the trailer is released to decide whether or not the movie is something that I’m interested in watching.
DeleteI read the book and then watched the movie. I was disappointed in the movie as it left out all the author's reason for writing it. It's a faith based story with insight on God, the bible and having faith in your marriage and listening to your heart. I was also disappointed in the character changes. Please read her book to gain the entire experience of the story. The movie was ok.
ReplyDeleteLooking for any &all info on ALL the GREAT songs used in this movie. I cant seem to find any info. If someone here knows who sang what .. Id be forever grateful! I especially like the acoustic song with the repeat lyrics of "Im fallin'." Sounds like John Mayer, but I doubt it is. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteTry Falling sung by Oh Gravity
DeleteAmazing. I was also searching for this version after watching the movie. Thank you so so much
DeleteDoes anyone know what the last song in the movie was? A slow (country) song?
DeleteThe last song is "Amazed" by Lonestar. One of my all-time favorite songs.
DeleteCan anyone tell us when A Time to Endure movie will be made? Loved both books.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know the name of the song that was played at the wedding, and who sang it?
ReplyDeleteFalling by Jamestown story
DeleteFalling by Oh Gravity
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know where the filming of the movie took place?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know the title of the song in the movie that repeats, "I will always be there?"
