Celebrate 50 Years of The Waltons with the Original Homecoming Movie on INSP! SEE HERE:

INSP invites viewers to "enjoy a season of feel-good holiday specials! One particularly exciting highlight to note is The Waltons movie The Homecoming: A Christmas Story, which INSP will air on the 50th anniversary of the original airing" - on December 19th!

Enjoy classic western shows with a Christmas theme and The Waltons Christmas Specials on INSP. I just love that they are airing the first movie that spawned the series - on the exact day it aired 50 years ago in 1971! Perhaps, you've heard there is a remake of this Waltons movie - The Homecoming: A Christmas Story, premiering this year on another network. You'll want to be sure to watch the original again on INSP to compare the two!

See INSP's complete Christmas schedule below...

  1. I remember they would sometimes show the original Walton's The Homecoming: A Christmas Story on Thanksgiving when I was a kid. Probably just on a local UHF channel.
