Happy "Fourth of July" TV Specials

On this Independence Day, we honor the birth of our great nation, when our Founding Fathers signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

As you celebrate this day, with great food and fireworks... you can also see these "Fourth of July" Specials on TV...

A Capitol Fourth will have it's 35th Anniversary Show on July 4, 2015 at 8PM/7c. on PBS. (with encore airings) Please check your local PBS affiliate for times in your area.

This years concert will include: Alabama, Hunter Hayes, Barry Manilow, KC and The Sunshine Band, Ronan Tynan, Robert Davi, Jack Everly, the National Symphony Orchestra, and more!

TCM will air Patriotic Films on July 4th, including...

1776 - at 3PM/2c.
(1972, Historical, Musical, Comedy, Drama)
In the days leading up to July 4, 1776, the delegates of America's first Continental Congress battle British oppression and each other, all while attempting to establish new laws and produce the Declaration of Independence.
Yankee Doodle Dandy - at 8PM/7c. 
(1942, Musical, Drama, Music, Biography, Classic)
Legendary, flag-waving song-and-dance man George M. Cohan sings, dances, and composes his way to the heights of Broadway fame during the early years of the 20th Century and tries to find a useful function during the World Wars.

Macy's 4th Of July Fireworks Spectacular, NBC at 8PM/7c.

A&E will have an encore airing of "Duck Dynasty Induckpendence Day"
on Sunday July 5th at 10 PM/9c., and again at 2 AM/1c.
After receiving fireworks as a gift, Jase and the guys make a homemade fireworks display to use at the Robertson family Fourth of July barbecue; Uncle Si is honored by the veterans' association with an exhibit at a local military museum.

TBN will air the Documentary "Monumental: In Search of America's National Treasure"
on Saturday July 4 at 5 PM/4c.
Kirk Cameron provides viewers with a rediscovery of the people and principles that make America a free and prosperous nation, featuring special guests and top musical artists as they share stories of faith and how to keep America's ideals alive.


the War Drama "Last Ounce of Courage"
on Saturday July 4 at 11 PM/10c.
An anguished father inspired by his grandson decides to take a stand for faith and freedom against a surge of indifference and suppression by leading fellow courageous citizens to fight for traditional, treasured principles.
