PLOT:

*Details via Hallmark Press Release:
Hallmark Channel is pleased to announce that it is partnering once again with beloved #1 New York Times bestselling author Debbie Macomber to create its fourth Hallmark Channel Original Holiday Movie World Premiere “Debbie Macomber’s Mr. Miracle,” slated to debut Holiday 2014. The movie and backdoor pilot will be part of the network’s hugely popular “Countdown To Christmas,” the #1 most treasured holiday destination by television viewers.

Previously, Hallmark Channel partnered with Macomber to bring the holiday movies “Debbie Macomber’s Mrs. Miracle,” “Debbie Macomber’s Call Me Mrs. Miracle” and “Debbie Macomber’s Trading Christmas” to the small screen. Audiences fell in love with the film adaptations of Macomber’s bestselling books, all of which were so successful that they became among the top rated holiday movies on the network. Of course, Macomber’s bestselling Cedar Cove novels are also the basis for Hallmark Channel’s highly successful first scripted dramatic series, “Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove.”

In “Debbie Macomber’s Mr. Miracle,” heaven and earth collide when angel-in-training Harry Mills,  A.K.A “Mr. Miracle” is sent down to a community college during Christmas; for his first assignment: to help an insecure student realize her true purpose in life. Harry, living as a literature teacher, is also schooled in lessons of life and love as he realizes that dealing with humans is not as easy as it looks like from the clouds.

More, via Hallmark press release:
When guardian angel Harry Mills (Morrow) arrives on Earth for the first time, he's got a lot to learn about life as a human. But this miracle worker-in-training ignores the advice of his heavenly mentor, Celeste (Harrison), to eagerly take on his first assignment - helping a young woman named Addie (Irvin) find the confidence to change her life. Addie has always struggled in school and is currently feeling overwhelmed and indecisive trying to live up to her father's expectations of becoming a doctor. Now, after her father's sudden passing, Addie is living with her mom Sharon (Redmond), filled with regret and uncertainty while attempting to finish her degree all while avoiding her childhood nemesis, Erich (Francis). Enter Harry, posing as her fumbling, well-meaning new English teacher who takes on the task of guiding her to see the wonderful things she can't see in herself. With a deadline of Christmas day to change Addie's perspective, or else say goodbye to his own Earthly existence, Harry is clueless but endearing in his effort to make Addie open up to a life full of promise - and even love - while learning a few life lessons of his own along the way.
