  1. Time For You To Come Home For Christmas is #2 on my list for this past Christmas season. Two Turtle Doves was my #1. Christmas Town is very good also. I have the DVD of The Color Of Rain and it is also a great movie. So happy I found your site Net! I am a Christian too, so this is a good place for me.Thank you for doing this.

  2. Christmas Coming Back Soon

Hallmark traditionally brings back Christmas movies at the the halfway point of the year. This is what they call Christmas In July. This is when the network replays original Christmas movies like two of the 2019 fan favorites, Christmas at the Plaza or Holiday For Heroes. What a fun excuse to bake some holiday cookies and mentally cool down during the dog days of summer by watching some snowy, Christmastime favorites!

According to Good Housekeeping, in 2019, Hallmark aired 225 original movies. Although they have not made any current announcements, it is likely to be about the same in 2020. The other fun part of Christmas in July is that Hallmark will also show sneak peaks of the brand new 2020 Christmas movies! Although the new crop of movies will not begin airing until October, it will be fun to see what sorts of holiday stories we have to look forward to.

  6. Not to be a downer but does anyone else feel like Hallmark is using a cookie cutter format for the new Christmas movies? The only one I really like from 2019 is Write Before Christmas. I just purchased it at the iTunes store.

  7. We've still a few to watch yet but after starting out reasonably good I'm afraid Hallmark didn't really shine this Christmas while Lifetime improved towards the end.

Even so Hallmark was still much better.

Sadly and surprisingly there weren't that many that I want to re-watch.

I'll list my top 5 when we've seen them all.

  8. I've recently watch Christmas With Tucker on Super Channel if any if you guys are living in Canada. At least that's where I watched it. LOL
