  1. I notice the book by Laura Haley, not Lara Hales protraying by Cassidy Grifford

    1. That's interesting. IMDB has her character name listed as Lara Hales and Hallmark also has the name listed under cast and description as Lara.

    2. What's the odd? When I notice the picture that says New Artist Laura Haley protrayed by Cassidy Grifford? It's only way to find out about Cassidy Grifford's character: Lara Hales or Laura Haley?

To add even more confusion into the mix, when the very first plot synopsis appeared for this movie (I guess it was in some sort of press release?), the character's name was actually Lola.

  2. Is the Kathie Lee and Frank Gifford's daughter?

    1. Yes, she is! Cassidy Gifford attended the Hallmark Winter TCA event with her Mother, Kathie Lee - since they both have upcoming Hallmark projects in the works! (see more on Kathie Lee's project “When God Winks at You” here!)

Cassidy also starred in the first "God's Not Dead" movie along with Shane Harper, Kevin Sorbo, Dean Cain, etc... It was a box office sensation in 2014!

  4. Cassidy Grifford as Laura Haley & Nate Wyatt as Spencer Hodkins. They live in same rental company. Laura & Spencer have something in Common

  5. Gwyenth Walsh as Ellen Davis. Laura meets up her friends: Kenny & his Wife

If this movie encourages anyone to go out and adopt a dog or cat, then this movie effectively did its job. Both cats and dogs can add a lot to a persons life. Sure there will be expenses, but you can't put a price tag on the love you get back.

  8. I liked it Except for the advertisement throughout the movie of her mom's wine. Very beginning of the movie made a whole scene about the wine then again in the end. Wouldn't have bothered me that much if they would just shown a glance of it like they do with Folgers coffee. Other than that I did enjoy the storyline of what the owner of the house does and why.

  9. I really enjoyed this movie this weekend. Spring Fling has been pretty good so far this year. I cant wait for Nikki and Paul this Saturday. I liked this movie more than I thought I would, it kind of reminded me of trading Christmas, although there were no trading places. But just the dynamics between the 2 reminded me of Charles and Faith.

    1. Did you find out what kind of dog. I want one

    2. Frank the dog is a Beagle or a mixed Beagle. If you get one be prepared for an energetic life. They are a working breed, scent hounds and love to chase their noses. They will cuddle up on the couch and be loveable but not unless they have first done lots of activity to work off their energy.Notice in the movie how Frank is mostly on a lead,if a scent hound catches a good scent you can bet he will be off to chase it so be prepared.

Please adopt from a shelter or rescue before going to a breeder if you can ... :)
