🌟 Memorial Day Weekend 2023 🌟 See Patriotic TV Specials, New Movies, Marathons, and More ➤➤

Blessings to you all
on this
Memorial Day holiday weekend!

I'm always so grateful for this special patriotic holiday to pause and reflect on the enormous sacrifices made by our military and their families, on our behalf, for our freedom today. May you all have a restful and peaceful Memorial Day, as we remember and honor our fallen soldiers.

Memorial Day is also the unofficial kick-off to Summer and a wonderful opportunity to share some quality time with family and friends. Whether you have a picnic, go to a festival, parade, or Memorial Day ceremony, attend a baseball game or other sporting event, fire up the grill and have a barbecue, or simply take a relaxing walk through the park or around the block, I hope you all have a beautiful weekend... "in the land of the free and the home of the brave."

There are also some patriotic specials airing on TV over this Memorial Day holiday weekend and some NEW movies too!

☀️ SHINING HIS LIGHT ☀️

"Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand."

~Ephesians 6:11-13

Movie Reviews:

💥An anonymous reviewer at Amazon states that this is a "clean movie," and further says, "Love this movie. Good hearted. It is hard to find a movie today that is not vulgar."

💥Dayna A. Ferro also shared this review at Amazon: "AWESOME Movie! I received this movie early today (April 11th, 2023) and boy let me tell you I loved it! A lot of action. Tom Wopat is absolutely AMAZING in it. It wasn’t boring at all for me. Love seeing the same group since the first movie. I didn’t realize that Scooter was Tara’s dad from The Walking Dead. Great seeing Donnie (now Don) Most in it. As Casper Van Dien said, “A modern day Western” I recommend this movie to all. Now I’m heading back to the first movie and binge all three!"

💥Another reviewer at Amazon called SnoozeBob shares: "Very enjoyable movie... Good old fashioned action/drama. Only regret is we didn't know about the other two previous sequels/prequels (County Line and County Line, All In)... But that's an easy fix, they're both also on Amazon!"

💥Watched County Line No Fear!! One word...WOW!! It was great! It has twist and turns in it you do not see coming...on the edge of your seat action packed ending! Now I want to see the first two! Thank you Net! Would not have known about this movie if not for your blog! ~Joyce in Carolina

💥County Line No Fear – I agree with Joyce, this is such an action-packed movie. You’re pretty much on the edge of your seat the whole time. The mystery part is fascinating; each film in the County Line series is an intricately woven mystery that has you guessing the whole time. The characters feel so real and authentic; each actor was perfectly chosen for their role. In fact, Tom Wopat (AKA: Luke Duke from "The Dukes of Hazzard") is perfect for the role of the retiring Sheriff, who doesn’t appear to want to quit his job of seeking law and order and justice.

Caution: This is a murder mystery filled with gun violence, a car-bomb, fist-fights, etc. The film is rated TV-14 because of this. It definitely has a modern western sort-of feel.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed this movie, the intriguing mystery, and fascinating characters. ~Net

All three movies: County Line, County Line: All In, and County Line: No Fear are available to stream on Prime Video and purchase on DVD on Amazon.

Trailer:

I hope many of you will enjoy this premiere over Memorial Day weekend. It's described as a modern way Western, so please know there will be violence. As stated above, this movie is rated TV-14.

Happy movie watching, Net

It's amazing how many stars featured in these movies above - came from so many popular television series from yesteryear and today, too. Did you ever watch shows like "Dukes of Hazzard," "Eight is Enough," or "Home Improvement?" I know I've personally watched plenty of these in reruns through the years... the classics always stand the test of time! In fact, there's even been talk of a "Home Improvement" re-boot, (Is that Tim Taylor's grunt I hear?) but we shall see.... there are also rumors of Tim Allen's "Last Man Sanding" coming back, too, so... who knows which TV shows will return again!

Hope you all enjoy these three new movies from these three various channels - this weekend!

PLOT:

Details/Storyline via INSP Films Press Release:

Doug Butts, SVP of Programming for general entertainment network INSP, announced... INSP Films’ latest movie, County Line, will premiere exclusively on the INSP television network on Saturday, May 5th at 8:00PM ET.

“We are excited about having the opportunity to debut County Line on INSP this spring,” said Butts. “The loyal viewers who have come to rely on INSP to deliver classic westerns like Gunsmoke and Bonanza will really enjoy County Line, as it is a crime drama with a western feel. It is a fast paced movie that features a veteran cast who deliver great performances. Viewers will love the unexpected twists and surprise ending.”

County Line stars Tom Wopat (The Dukes of Hazzard, Longmire, Django Unchained) as Alden Rockwell, a former sheriff who is left with many questions and no answers when his best friend and neighboring county sheriff, Clint Thorne, played by Jeff Fahey (Texas Rising, Justified, Lost, Under the Dome), is brutally gunned down. Also starring in County Line are Patricia Richardson, (Last Man Standing, Home Improvement, The West Wing) as local diner owner, Maddie Hall; and Dendrie Taylor (Saving Mr. Banks, Out of the Furnace, True Blood) who plays Clint’s straightforward and no nonsense wife Jordan.

County Line is produced by INSP Films and distributed by Imagicomm Entertainment.
*Press Release via Tara Brown, INSP.

Storyline via IMDB:

Tough, no nonsense, Marine vet, Alden Rockwell has lost his bid for re-election as sheriff of Maksville County. Reluctantly, he settles into retirement, accepting that Preston, a smooth-talking, more politically savvy cop has taken his place-a cop he mentored. Alden's wife has passed, and still grieving, he spends much of his time tending to the chickens, pigs and house pets she loved on their farm. Even his daughter, Ember, who is following in his military footsteps, and about to deploy, can't ease him from his malaise. Alden's good friend, Sheriff Clint Thorne, has been re-elected in neighboring York County. Alden and Clint go way back, growing up in their respective counties and serving together in Vietnam. Their friendship is solid made up of good-natured banter, sincere concern, and the kind of code passed between two law enforcement professionals who've worked cases all their lives. They'd been the two-county duo for years. It's hard for Alden to sit on the sidelines...and soon he won't be. While investigating a mysterious symbol that's appearing in more and more places in York County, Clint gets a little too close to the truth. Now, Alden jumps into action alone, poking around for answers-and certain people are not pleased. As Alden works to seek the truth and justice for his friend, he's drawn deeper into a web of crime, deceit, corruption, and evil threatening to take over the town-a web only he can untangle.
