NEW YORK, NY – July 16, 2024 – Great American Media announced the season two renewal of its popular Original Series, “County Rescue,” which begins production in the U.S. this month for a January 2025 World Premiere. “County Rescue,” an instant hit when it premiered on Great American Pure Flix and on Great American Family, is a drama about the unique challenges EMTs and paramedics face on both their personal and professional journeys. The series features an ensemble cast led by Julia Reilly, Riley Hough, Percy Bell, Kristin Wollett, Brett Varvel, Stacey Patino, Tim Perez-Ross, Keller Fornes, Angel Luis, and Curtia Torbert.

I am so excited that Great American Media is bringing back this excellent series early next year, highlighting the selfless act of caring for others.

It's terrific to get this announcement that all of the original cast from the first season will return for the second season.

Julia Reilly, who portrays Dani Miller, and Tanya Christiansen, who plays Julia's mother, Lisa Miller, in "County Rescue," are both currently in the ensemble cast filming "A Little Women's Christmas" for Great American Family.

Kristin Wollett, who portrays Ashley Dalton in "County Rescue," will star alongside Casey Elliott in the new Great American Family Christmas movie, "A Wreathmaker Christmas." Kristin also has a role in the theatrical release of 'God's Not Dead: In God We Trust.'

And Brett Varvel, who portrays Andy Dalton in "County Rescue," has several films that can be seen on Great American Pure Flix, including "Running the Bases" (I highly recommend this movie!), 'Play the Flute,' 'Mayberry Man,' and "Mayberry Man: The Series." Brett also has the release of his faith-based film, "Disciples in the Moonlight," which is playing in theaters from July 17th to 24th.
