This is such exciting news to have - long before the 10th season of "When Calls the Heart" premieres this Summer! I'm so happy for the cast and crew and everyone involved in front of the camera and behind the scenes - in the creation of this heartwarming family series!
Sorry if I'm not happy about this, but all I see here is another chance for Hallmark to turn this into the same woke trash as most of their other properties. Aside from the Hall of Fame series (which I'm so glad hasn't been touched since 2019 because I can think of too many ways they would ruin that series!!) and Signed Sealed Delivered, this is the only other non woke property they have. What's to say the network won't try to force their agenda to be included with this??? -Maria
ReplyDeleteI’m not happy either. I see it as them grasping at straws to save themselves because they’ve cancelled everything else. And, yes, the longer it goes on the more chance for them to make it not family friendly. I worry about them doing the same with SSD.
DeleteNot really sure they can add anything I really want to see. Think it has gone downhill last couple of years. Not sure if you can go woke on a period in time series, but if you can, leave it to Hallmark.
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome news! I hope it will continue for many more seasons beyond 11!
ReplyDeleteI suspect that WCTH may end up becoming woke. I hope not. I'm not too happy that the series has so largely departed from the books. As someone who writes fiction that can be disappointing for an author. I hope the show remains family friendly but as of late most of the Hallmark movies have not been so I don't have much hope.
ReplyDeleteI’m not interesting watching WCTH anymore
ReplyDeleteWCTH is always about the Mounties & Teacher
Family of 4 included Nathan, Elizabeth, Allie, Jack Jr.
I’d like to see Jack Jr., is with Nathan, Allie, or both if he wants to talk with them
Wow, I never anticipated they would share this news now. Wonder if season 11 will be the last one, and they'll let us know that ahead of time like they did with Chesapeake Shores.
ReplyDeleteFinally some good news from Hallmark. They must know WCTH is ratings gold for them.
ReplyDeleteOh Wow!!! This is wonderful news! Season 11! I am even more excited now! Hope they will keep it coming and for the Lord to keep blessing it as a clean faith based show for the whole family.
ReplyDeleteThis is such wonderful news.
ReplyDeleteI stopped watching a few years ago and have not missed it.
