UPtv’s ANNUAL “EASTER LIVES HERE” WEEK-LONG CELEBRATION OF THE EASTER SEASON TO FEATURE 100 HOURS OF PROGRAMMING

The Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday event also includes 
The Passion of the Christ, a cable premiere documentary, biblical movies 
and the 3^rd Annual Stellar Music of Hope Special

ATLANTA – March 24, 2022 – UPtv, the television destination for uplifting entertainment, announced this year’s “Easter Lives Here” programming slate filled with contemporary uplifting films, a premiere documentary, inspiring biblical stories and a music special. With 100 hours of entertainment including 20 movies and series, UPtv continues to be the home for Easter with the biggest collection of programming that truly celebrates the season. The “Easter Lives Here” event kicks off Palm Sunday, April 10, with The Passion of the Christ and culminates with the World Broadcast Premieres of Faith, Hope & Love and Small Group on Easter Sunday (April 17) at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET, respectively.

“We invite viewers looking for contemporary stories of faith as well classic Bible movies to join us this Easter season,” said Hector Campos, vice president, content strategy and programming at UPtv. “Each year we set out to find the best faith theatrical titles to add to our schedule as we curate a robust Easter offering for those wanting to celebrate faith, love, renewal and the true meaning of the season. Additionally, all of the movies making up our ‘Easter Lives Here’ programming event can be tracked on the My UPtv Movies App so viewers can set reminders and receive tune-in alerts.”

The My UPtv Movies app is available for viewers to download and is especially popular around the holidays to track movie viewing. The tracker app allows viewers to learn more about upcoming movies on the network, watch movie previews and request personalized showtime alerts. Viewers can also favorite movie titles to add to a personal collection to easily access them later, set calendar reminders, and request notifications or text messages.

In addition to The Passion of the Christ, Faith, Hope & Love and Small Group, other titles included in UPtv’s Easter celebration include When We Last Spoke, Courageous and The Ten Commandments.
