Storyline via Hallmark: Our tiniest angels and the dedicated nurses who care for them in the NICU are in the spotlight in this heartwarming Christmas story in which our "Scrooge," a corporate numbers cruncher, gets a lesson in love and humanity from the very people his cost-cutting plan impacts the most.

Storyline via Hallmark: With the promise of a promotion hanging in the balance, a tabloid reporter races to find juicy gossip about an influential political family. Will YOU be joining me in watching these two fan-favorite classic Hallmark Christmas movies this week?

With stars like Emilie Ullerup, Kristoffer Polaha, Crystal Lowe, Sharon Lawrence, and Kimberly Sustad in Hearts of Christmas and Bobby Campo, Katrina Law, Jordan Belfi, Susie Abromeit, and Patricia Richardson in Snow Bride... these are two excellent Hallmark holiday movies with star power.

Hearts of Christmas always warms my heart with the stories of the precious little babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). When each baby achieves the milestones required to go home with their parents - they are sent off with a special inspirational saying from the nurses that is truly beautiful! Plus, there is potentially a sweet romance developing!

Snow Bride is such a fun rom-com with many twists and secrets! It's always interesting to see what happens next when Greta Kaine is rescued in a snow storm by Ben Tannenhill and both try to hide their true identities!

Happy Christmas Movie Watching!

And, if you're looking forward to Christmas in July - which is ONE WEEK AWAY!!!! YAY!!! - See the schedule *HERE*!

Wishing You All the Joy of Christmas -
Every Day of the Year! Net

    1. Mark 25, I agree... these are both special Christmas movies! One is more heartwarming and the other one, more fun! Both are the epitome of the networks they air on. Hope you enjoyed watching again!

Can you believe we "Mark the 25th" again next week??? :)

  2. Snow Bride is so special to me cause it was the 2nd Hallmark movie I saw when discovering the hallmark channel back in 2014 Christmas. I stopped on the channel cause of Ambrose (I love cats) and I think the next movie was Snow Bride and I was hooked. Everyone (well except Claire) just thought Greta was a delight to have around and then even Ben starts to see she is great too. I am so happy to see a pre 2016 Christmas movie being played on Christmas Friday this week.

I just adore Emilie Ullerup, so I cant wait to watch Hearts of Christmas tonight. I will have to have to block out many hours this weekend to watch all the Heartlands building on my DVR from this week cause tonight will be HMM and tomorrow HM and then Saturday we get Rachel Boston back to Hallmark!!!!!!

    1. Sabrina... Oh, I love that Snow Bride holds that wonderful memory for you! That always makes a movie extra special. For me, it's one of those movies, no matter how many times you've seen it, you instantly get wrapped up into watching it again!

Enjoy watching Heartland + the new movies this weekend!!! :)

    2. One more thing, Sabrina... you mentioned having Rachel Boston back on Hallmark... well, she mentioned in an interview for The Last Bridesmaid, that her next project is a Christmas film. Unfortunately, she didn't say which network it's for, but... hopefully, it's for Hallmark. If not, I thought she was wonderful in Lifetime's Christmas in Tennessee!

    3. Net, I'm not sure if the interview you saw was the one for TV Insider, but, just in case it was not the TV Insider interview, I will say that the implication/suggestion in Rachel's TV Insider interview is that the Christmas movie is for Hallmark. At least, that is how I interpreted it.

Specifically, this is how it was phrased:

TV Insider Question: "Do you have any other Hallmark movies coming up, rom-coms or on Movies & Mysteries?"

Rachel B.: "I am developing a few right now, working on a few ideas. I just got a Christmas script."

Since the interviewer specifically asked Rachel about upcoming Hallmark movies (rom coms or mysteries), and she responded to include the reference to the Christmas movie script, I tend to think that she probably meant that it is a Hallmark script. Otherwise, it seems like she would have said that it was for a different network or just not mentioned it at all... but who knows?

Now, of course, she got the script but we don't know if she is definitely doing that movie, although it sounds like it, based on what you said about her next project!! I thought she could be reading it to see if she wants to do it. But hopefully she has officially signed on to do it. I would not be shocked if Lifetime is also trying to get her in another movie on their own network as well.

It's great for the actors to have multiple networks showing interest, as they are in demand and they can choose which things they want to do rather than trying to scrounge up work. They also have a chance to branch out and occasionally work with different people.

Here is the link to the TV Insider interview, in case people want to read it: https://www.tvinsider.com/788363/rachel-boston-the-last-bridesmaid-hallmark/

    4. Yay Rachel Boston in a Christmas movie!!!! I did love Christmas in Tennessee, I love those movies of if Santa is real, and her and Andrew Walker worked so well together in that movie. I am sad I didn't see Ice Sculpture Christmas for Christmas in July, maybe they are playing it on HMMNow. But that is a great movie too, with a great cast including Brenda Strong, who I adore. My husband loves her in Love By Chance, and I saw her in an old commercial for Jif PB from the 80's, I was like "its Claire's crazy controlling mom" although she just wants to help her daughter.

  3. The third project, Nanny State, is the story of an FBI agent who goes undercover working for New York’s finest families to solve a child’s kidnapping during the Christmas holidays. De la Cruz will write the screenplay and produce, along with Vincent Balzano, Richard Abate, and Brad Krevoy Television.

Amanda Philips Atkins and Eric Jarboe will executive produce all of the projects for Brad Krevoy Television.

    1. I remember when they announced plans for that movie, with two others, in 2016. (see details here!) I wonder if they are still planning to do that particular project with Melissa de la Cruz, or if they will just be working on the Erin Krakow project with Cruz this year?

  5. SENSE, SENSIBILITY & SNOWMEN
    Director: David Winning
    Schedule: July 8, 2019 - July 25, 2019

I’m so exciting for Sense, Sensibility, & Snowmen Christmas movie for Countdown to Christmas when I asked you, Net about Sense & Sensibility Christmas for Hallmark Channel Movie last year when I posted about it on your blog. I can’t wait to watch Sense & Sensibility Christmas movie called; “Sense, Sensibility, & Snowmen”, directed by David Winning.

What they did with Pride & Prejudice Christmas movie called; “Christmas at Premberly Manor last year?

    1. Yes, it will be wonderful to have a new Christmas version of Sense & Sensibility - most likely a modern day story, loosed based on the original!

And, yes, it was wonderful that we had two separate Hallmark movie versions of Pride & Prejudice last year - Christmas at Premberly Manor and Pride, Prejudice and Mistletoe!

    1. Oh, I love that song too... that would be fantastic in the movie! Let's hope they use it!

    2. They have been playing hit songs lately, I have been wondering if Hallmark purchased some songs of the 60's (I think) they played One Fine Day for Wedding in the Vineyard, then My Boyfriends Back, I keep hearing other songs on the commercial promoting the movies. I just can't wait to hear all kinds of Christmas songs coming up here in a few day!!!!

  8. I wanted to mention, I saw on Lifetime next fri the 28th, they are playing a day of lifetime Christmas movies. it looks like it is back to regular schedule Saturday, but has anyone heard if Lifetime is maybe playing their Christmas movies on Fridays in July?

    1. Sabrina!!! That is awesome Christmas Movie news and your timing is Perfect! I was just about to update the schedule and search for any other potential Christmas movies during Christmas in July - on other networks! I knew UP was replaying "A Very Country Christmas" on July 6th before the sequel, "A Very Country Wedding," but I hadn't anticipated Lifetime to play any, especially in June - on the same day Hallmark launches their Christmas in July, no less.

For now, it appears Lifetime's Christmas movie airing is just that day, and I've checked the next Friday. No Christmas there, but we should definitely keep an eye out for any other unexpected Christmas movie days on Lifetime!

I'm so glad you caught that! Thank you so much, Sabrina, for sharing this news here with us! :)

I'm off to update the Christmas Movie schedule again! See *HERE*!

  12. I hope Hallmark will do the movie called; “Christmas Shoebox”, in the future Countdown to Christmas based on True Love Story about Tyrel Wolfe & Joana Marchan about Samaritan’s Purse

Louriza Tronco as Joana Marchan & Adam DiMarco as Tyrel Wolfe
Breanna Youn as young Joana & Griffin Kane as young Tyrel

    1. I had heard Marla was in the process of filming a new Christmas movie. Of course, like you mentioned, it may or not be for Hallmark. I'm actually hearing... (*whispering here...*) it may be for Lifetime, but they haven't officially announced their new movies, yet.

Unbelievably, Marla's last Christmas movie for Hallmark was "Gift of the Magi" in 2010! She also had one on ION in 2012, "A Christmas Wedding Date."

The "Two Turtle Doves" movie you mentioned above is the new Hallmark Christmas movie with Nikki Deloach and Michael Rady. Details here!

  16. Love the movie "Snow Bride". One of my all time Hallmark favorites. Hope to see Katrina Law in a Hallmark movie again soon. Hearts of Christmas is also awesome. Our greatgrandsons were in neo natal care for 7 weeks after they were born. It helps you to appreciate all these wonderful people do to help both the newborns and us. I hope Hallmark will put this on dvd. I keep looking for it. Hoping to see "Pearl in Paradise" on dvd also. Another all time favorite. Such great scenery and the chemisrtry of the cast was wonderful and believeable. RG
