I just wanted to take a moment today, as we are still in the early days of a brand-new year, to say thank you to all of you who shared a movie review here throughout 2025- from rom-coms, mysteries, to Christmas!
I'm truly grateful for each and every review, and I know many who visit here feel the same way. I’ve received so many kind emails and thoughtful messages on social media expressing appreciation. Please know - the time you take to share a review really does make a difference!
I’m really looking forward to all the movies and series we’ll continue watching together this year, along with the reviews yet to come in the new year ahead. It’s such a joy when we discover we share a love for a particular movie, and it is just as helpful to know which ones might be best to skip, thanks to the many insightful, detailed, and thoughtful reviews.
I know many of you, like me, are still catching up on Christmas movies. Honestly, I even have a few reviews I’ve been working on that I haven’t submitted yet, but I’ll be sharing those soon! I hope you’ll feel free to continue posting your reviews throughout January, February, and in the months to come. Please know that your thoughts and reviews are always welcome and truly appreciated, anytime.

You're very welcome! It feels real good to feel like I'm making a difference in helping recommend good movies or shows to others to watch. -Maria

Hi Net!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! What a sweet and comforting post from our lovely moderator of this amazing site. :-) I always enjoy reading reviews, throughout the year, from so many wonderful people. And, I want to thank you personally, Net, for deciding to start and continue with this site. There is no where else I feel comfortable sharing thoughts, reviews and comments like I do here. Like-minded individuals who gather together to share things in a safe and comfortable environment. One where we do not have to feel ashamed of believing the way we do. Here's to another fantastic year!
I didn’t share as much as others, but it was fun, and I’ll try to share more in the future. Thank you Net for keeping this going. I’m really grateful for all the reviews here. Christie
ReplyDeleteA make or break holiday: if you want an instant headache, go for it. Don’t know if you could make actors seem to be anymore obnoxious. Sad for Hunter king.
ReplyDeleteThank you to everyone who continue to watch & review movies for us all! We are like one big book club family 😊🫶 Although I don’t think I could join a book club. I absolutely love to read but no time, Iv been reading the same book for months….

Hey Net,
ReplyDeleteI did get around to watching a good amount of movies. One of the best for me, so far, was Timeless Tidings of Joy. I thought that movie was done well, and I LOVED Natasha in the role. Loved CCB's hair styles. It was very interesting and kept me wanting more.
I also LOVED NO place like Christmas. Cindy was great as usual and the movie gave me lots of great feels.
I was not the biggest fan of Have we met this Christmas. I think it was because it felt like they were lying to her and it was not necessary to. I know lots of movies lie, like Snow Bride, many others. But at least on Christmas to Remember, or Time for them to come home, Falling for Vermont, they did not know who the amnesia person was. This movie, they knew who she was the whole time. It just felt un-necessary to lie for that long to her. I just felt weird watching it.
Other movies were good like We met in December and Christmas at the Inn. I even didn't mind Make it or Break it Christmas.
I am partly thru the Bills touchdown story and I will continue it cause it is pretty good, and I still have Home Sweet Christmas, Oy to the world, Single on the 25th, and Suite Holiday Romance, Christmas Spark, that Cowboy Romance movie to watch.
But I really loved Timeless Tidings of Joy and will watch it again.
