Over the weekend, I watched A Little Women's Christmas on Great American Family and thought it was lovely, and I watched Santa Tell Me on the Hallmark Channel, which was cozy and a little zany, sometimes, but in a delightful sort of way.

Tonight I'll probably watch something lighthearted and fun and choose a new movie I haven't seen, yet... To Have and To Holiday, which encores tonight, Monday, November 25th at 6pm/5c. on the Hallmark Channel, followed by one of my favorites, Picture a Perfect Christmas at 8pm/7c.! And, if you're a night owl, like I am, A Christmas Less Traveled encores tonight on Great American Family at 10pm/9c.!

Happy ONE MONTH
'til Christmas, Everyone!

Wishing you all...
God's Love, Joy, and Peace,

  1. This weekend while scrolling Amazon Prime video, I bought The Sound of Music for mega cheap! I think it was only $1.99!

  3. I haven't watched Coupled Up for Christmas yet, so that will be my pick for today the 25th!

  4. I know no one on here watches The Way Home, but I know someone mentioned how upset fans were that it was being bumped because of WCTH unfairly taking it's spot.

Well, if they weren't mad before, they definitely will be after today's news:

Season 3 is dropping exclusively on Hallmark + starting January 2nd, and it won't air on cable until next fall! Yeah, I'm serious.

    Talk about disrespect. -Maria

  7. Heads up, there is an awesome new interview with Alexa PenaVega on YouTube! She was interviewed by pro-life activist Lila Rose on the Live Action channel. They talked about being pro-life and changing the cultural perspective on abortion, and they also talked about faith, family, her relationship with Carlos, their careers, their upcoming GAF movie, her childhood, and more. As always, she’s just such a lovely person. https://youtu.be/BPoTCyVtmCI?si=1u_aIK66Wcl_lGTB

    1. Does she explain in the interview what she mean by cultural perspective on abortion? It caught my attention in your comment the most.

    2. The idea is that sometimes something becomes accepted as a cultural norm even if it is morally repugnant. Like how slavery was once considered acceptable worldwide, and yet that did not make it moral, and its immorality eventually became undeniable. So basically, many pro-life people, myself included, hope to see a day when the truth about abortion becomes so unavoidable that our culture rejects it and turns to other solutions to help women in difficult circumstances.

    3. Here, this link should take you to that part of the interview. She explains it better than me. https://youtu.be/BPoTCyVtmCI?t=1005&si=YXOff03ETnhPTh3R

    4. RC, thank you for sharing the link to this interview. I haven't had the chance to watch all of it, yet, but I just adore Alexa (and Carlos, too), and I appreciate the way they gently and boldly proclaim their faith.

    5. RC, Ditto to what Net said. Live Action is one of the bookmarks on my computer but I hadn't checked in lately. Thank you for sharing with us because, otherwise, I would have missed it! And, now I just need to take a few minutes to watch the video. ~~Jane

    1. Same Abigail, I tried to watch a new one I had recorded and then got sidetracked and started watching an older one, “Christmas on Holly Lane”
      Too many options! Lol

  9. I changed my mind! It may be a repeat for others, but not for me. I’m gonna watch Christmas in Vienna.

  10. Of course nothing can’t beat “It’s A Wonderful Life”, but if I had to choose one new from this year it would have to be “A Little Women’s Christmas” and “A Reason for the Season.”
Both are sweet movies with faith and heartwarming for the whole family!
