πŸŽ„ Matchmaker Santa, Hearts of Christmas and Many More CHRISTMAS MOVIES NEW on DVD! πŸŽ„ SEE HERE:

I have some very Joyful Christmas News for Everyone! Amazon has some new Christmas Movies in collection DVD's.

I am most excited, as I suspect many of you will be, as well, to see "Matchmaker Santa" (Finally!!!) on DVD! (A great BIG Thank You to our *It's a Wonderful Movie* friend, Janet, for sharing this wonderful news!)

Here are the newest Christmas DVD sets "yule" want to add to your collection...

*CAUTION: Amazon has several other Hallmark Movie Collection DVDs available. Be sure to always look for the NTSC version so your DVD will play in a United States DVD Player. If the DVD says it is a PAL version, it is Playback Region 4 and this will not play on most DVD players sold.

*NOTE: All of the DVDs listed above are listed on Amazon's web-site as being NTSC. They should work perfectly in your American DVD player.

I hope you see a favorite - you've been waiting for!

Joyous Christmas Blessings! Net

  1. Hi Net,
I wanted to ask you or someone who could answer my question about the quality of the DVD's that are sold in the different packaging, meaning the cover of the dvd collection (like the ones you posted in this post), than the dvd's with the usual packaging we see being on Amazon and sold in stores. I was wondering how the quality was in those dvd's, mostly about the sound and picture. I never bought a Hallmark movie in that different packaging, I just wanted to get someone's opinion about that, before I decide to purchase any dvd.

    Thank You,
    Jill

    1. I have always been happy with the multi-packs I've purchased and my only complaint would be that they don't all have captioning which I really like.

    2. In my opinion the picture quality with any of the DVDs is not the greatest...a little grainy. Whether it’s one of these with multiple movies or those in Hallmark packaging purchased from Amazon or Hallmark. I’ve actually started purchasing the Amazon video instead. Picture quality is so much better and bonus I can watch the movies anywhere I go now not just on my TV. Plus doesn’t add more clutter to my house...I was running out of space for all my movies. The only problem is not all movies are released as video so I still have to buy some DVDs.

    3. Jill, I can't say about these, but I recently bought a Mystery DVD that looked very similar to this packaging. The quality of the cover was excellent and the picture quality of the film was great. Hope that helps a little.

    4. Hi Jill, I have all of the 3 Film collections and all of the new ones are in my Wish List or I have pre-ordered. I love the 3 Film collections as they have each movie on a separate disk which saves space.....I currently have 480 Hallmark/Hallmark Christmas movies in my collection so saving space is all important. We have a HD/4K TV and for me the picture quality is just fine. As for the sound quality I find on any of the DVDs I have purchased singly or in collections sometimes the sound is lower for my old ears, I just increase the volume on my TV and have never had to hike it up much....just have to remember to decrease the sound before turning off the DVD or it is too loud in regular programming.

    5. Thank you so much, Janet, for sharing these wonderful details on the DVDs and the picture quality you've experienced. With all of the numerous DVDs you have in your collection, you must be an expert!

If only they could add closed captioning, the DVDs would be perfect!

  2. Matchmaker Santa, One starry Christmas and Help for the Holidays? Catch a Christmas Star, Family for Christmas and Christmas parade? I am super super excited, this is truly the best news I have heard all year in relation to Hallmark. Sad that old movies on DVD is the best Hallmark has done in my eyes. Thank you Net. And Janet

    1. Sabrina were you able to order the 3-pack with "One Starry Christmas" in it? I tried but it was out-of-stock. I did get the pack with "Matchmaker Santa" and "Help for the Holidays" and I am super happy about that.

    2. Sabrina, So happy to hear your excitement over this latest Christmas movie DVD news! They are oldies, but goodies!

I was beginning to think we would never see Matchmaker Santa offered on DVD. So glad it's finally available, but I have noticed these collections sell out rather quickly.

Hope you are able to get all your favorites! :)

  3. Thanks to Janet and Net for the tip about the 3-pack including, "Help for the Holidays" which I have wanted for years, "Matchmaker Santa" which I also have been waiting for, and I'll try, "Merry Matrimony" again even though I'm not really a Jessica Lowndes fan. I ordered it right away and will be so excited when it comes. Thanks, again!!

  4. I tried to order the dvd with "One Starry Christmas" a favorite of mine, but Amazon said: "We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock." I'm disappointed but I hope it will be available at some point.

    1. Kathy, Yeah, I've noticed these DVDs sell out pretty quickly, but they seem to get these back in stock rather fast, too. In fact, I just checked and that collection is available to order again. Hope you can snag a copy from Amazon before they sell out again!

    1. Thank you for sharing these updates on these titles. I just updated the info on my site. It's nice that the new titles have more of a fall feel to them, but I really don't like last minute title changes.

  7. I'm sure many, many people need closed captions (CC) or subtitles (SDH) in order to follow dialogue. While I am beyond thrilled to find some of my very favorites movies on these new releases, I have found they are produced by a different company that does not include CC or SDH. The double features DO have CC but the triple ones do not. All of the newest singles have CC but not some of the older ones. I wonder why CC are not included since they have already been put on the movie when it aired on TV. So So sad for people like me. A couple of early double features were later released as singles. I'm hoping Hallmark will be sensitive to disabilities and release these triple features as singles with CC.

    1. Carol, I agree wholeheartedly! Closed Captioning should always be included for those who need it. I hope they will offer this option, as well. I'm so sorry they don't have it available for you now. With all the technology today, you'd think it would be so easy. Hopefully someone who makes these DVDs will see your comment. You never know. I sure hope so, because you deserve to have what you need to enjoy these movies.

Bless you and thank you for sharing, Net

    2. Deaf & HOH need Closed Caption & Subtitles for Blu-rays & DVDs, TV, YouTube,, OC (Open Caption) for movie theaters, Streaming Services, lyrics, etc...

Subtitles are any languages like English, Spanish, etc..

Deaf & HOH can’t understand what are they saying on TV or movies but they need closed caption (CC)

  8. Net, I just had to share, I was able to order the triple pack with "One Starry Christmas" one of my very, very favorite Christmas movies. Such a special movie and the song, "Camellias for Christmas" makes me cry every time. Thanks so very much for inspiring me to keep checking!!

    1. Yay! That's great, Kathy!

By the way, I love that part in the movie, too! Whenever anyone in a movie grabs a guitar and sings, I automatically melt.

So glad the DVD was finally available when you clicked on it. I know you're going to enjoy it - over and over again!
