Mystery fans, get ready for more sleuthing, suspicious clues, and puzzles to solve!
In case you missed it, during Hallmark’s four-night Christmas Cruise event this past weekend, Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker announced during a Q&A panel that a NEW "Curious Caterer" mystery movie is coming in 2027! Even better, filming is set to begin very soon on this sixth installment - from October 30th through November 18th! The working title is "Prime Cut: A Curious Caterer Mystery"!
Prime Cut is the 8th book in Diane Mott Davidson’s Goldy Culinary Mysteries series, which inspired Hallmark’s Curious Caterer movies! If the new movie follows the book, Goldy may find herself in quite a pickle! She’s facing serious financial troubles and career pressure, all while dealing with a kitchen remodel gone wrong and a cutthroat rival. Sounds like Goldy will have plenty to juggle as she tries to get to the bottom of another mystery!
Once again, Nikki DeLoach stars as Goldy Berry, a caterer with a knack for stumbling into mysteries, while Andrew Walker plays Detective Tom Schultz. Somehow, these two always find themselves working together, and while Goldy may be an amateur sleuth, she has excellent instincts and a way of noticing the little details that others might miss.
I’m so excited to see what new mystery awaits Goldy and Tom next!
The previous films in this series are:
Curious Caterer: Dying for Chocolate (2022)
Curious Caterer: Grilling Season (2023)
Curious Caterer: Fatal Vows (2023)
Curious Caterer: Foiled Plans (2024)
Curious Caterer: Forbidden Fruit (2024)
You can watch these movies by streaming on Hallmark+ (click here), or the first three "Curious Caterer" movies are available on DVD (click here).
Nikki DeLoach & Andrew Walker's Announcement:
Can't wait to sleuth this mystery with you all again! I hope many of you are excited, too!
Happy Sleuthing!
