Lacey Chabert has a new Valentine-themed movie premiering this weekend on the Hallmark Channel, but first she teases fans with what looks like a new movie promotion; however, the promo ends up being something else entirely!
Instead of the traditional movie trailer, in good fun Lacey Chabert spoof's the usual tropes found in her romantic comedies... you know, city girl returns to her parent's home in the country, they welcome her with loving arms, her father makes the usual dad jokes, while her mom gives her loving advice, and then she reconnects with her past love. However, Lacey's main love interest in this promo is somewhat unexpected, but still delightfully amusing.
Take a look...
Isn't this fun?
I love that the actors enjoy what they do, and aren't afraid to make light of it and bring joy to their fans.
Some of the responses were just as cute...
"Just wait til the big city moisturizer makes it into town and gives the country cleanser a run for its money…" Andrew Walker
"π❤️π one for every season please!" Will Kemp
"Absolutely fantastic π" Peter Benson
"Wait wait wait wait….what about JAKE tho?" Benjamin Ayres
And one follower responded with:
"Well that was surprising to say the least π
Expected another movie but what a turnaround at the end π"
I hope you enjoyed it, too!

Probably the best ad I’ve ever seen! Look forward to her movie! I’m assuming it has the same cast as the cleanser ad???
ReplyDeleteThe ad and movie are actually completely separate, but I bet a lot of people are going to think that.
DeleteHer opposite in her new Valentine movie, An Unexpected Valentine, is Robert Buckley ('Twas the Date Before Christmas). I'm hoping it's a good one!
Oh, this is classic!! And I love the responses, especially Andrew's!
ReplyDeleteloved it!
