As we mark 7 months 'til Christmas on May 25th with Memorial Day coming up this weekend, I thought it would be a nice time to pay tribute to the many Christmas-themed patriotic movies that have aired on Hallmark throughout the years.
So, for this Christmas Movie Challenge on the 25th-

Please share your Christmas Movie answers in the comment section below. I'm going to give everyone the Memorial Day weekend (until noon, Tuesday, May 30th) to respond before I submit the comments and correct answers. So, please know you won't see your Christmas movie answers show up in the comments below until next Tuesday.
If you'd like to share a Christmas movie you plan to watch on the 25th to celebrate 7 Months 'til Christmas, or if you'd like to comment on anything else besides the game, then please share your thoughts in a separate comment from your answers, so I can go ahead and post those remarks.
My personal Christmas movie pick to mark the 25th is "USS Christmas," starring Jen Lilley and Trevor Donovan! Abigail (a dear friend and follower here) mentioned she might watch this movie last month, and since she shared that, I've been wanting to rewatch it again myself. Since this film has such a strong military theme, I think this will a great time to finally rewatch this patriotic Christmas movie just before Memorial Day. Plus, it doesn't hurt that it has two of my favorite stars!
If you're also curious about Jen Lilley and Trevor Donovan's upcoming NEW 2023 Christmas movies for Great American Family, you can see details here & here!
I'm watching Journey back to Christmas. Love this one!
ReplyDeleteI will be watching Operation Christmas! Love that movie!
ReplyDeleteLove the game Net!! Thank you for all the fun stuff you come up with!
I would love to watch USS Christmas as well, but that is one that I don't have, so I will go with another one of my favorite patriotic Christmas movies, Journey Back to Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThis is a fun idea! Thanks for doing these games, Net!
ReplyDeleteHappy 25th everyone!
I’ll post my answers separately.
Nice idea to honor our military. I think I’ve seen most of these movies a dozen times or so, but still, it’s hard to remember some of their titles.
ReplyDeleteI’ll be watching “Joy for Christmas” on Great American Family tonight. Does that still count? CJ
I’ve never seen number 8, but your image has me intrigued. Sure miss seeing Laura Osnes in new movies.
ReplyDeleteMy pick for today was Home for Christmas Day. -Maria
