The Love Club: Nicole's Pen Pal is the first movie in a series of four films - based on 4 friends. The movie first premiered on Hallmark's streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now, on February 2nd. Have any of you had the opportunity to see it? A premiere date is now showing up on the Hallmark Channel's website on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 8pm/7c.
Storyline: Freshly engaged interior designer, Nicole, still wonders if the one she is meant to be with is her mystery college pen pal whose letters she has kept all these years. At a loss of what to do, she seeks out assistance from The Love Club – four women who met 10 years prior and made a vow to always be there for one another should any of them encounter relationship challenges at any point in their lives. Nicole and the ladies of The Love Club reunite and set out to track down Nicole’s pen pal, sending them on a journey to a lodge in the mountains where Nicole encounters romance, comedic imposters, female bonding, and plenty of mishaps until, ultimately, the letters help lead her to her true love.

These two look cute together! I've always loved Brittany since that perfume movie many years ago, the one with Victor Webster.

I love both of them and Brittany always has the most colorful and adorable outfits. Marcus Rosner played a really sweet role too in Valentine in the Vineyard, but I suspect the series will probably have wokeness in it. I hope not, but hallmark seems to be including it more and more.

ReplyDeleteI watched the The Love Club: Nicole's Pen Pal on Hallmark Movies Now. There is a husband & husband married couple introduced in the last minutes of the movie.

ReplyDeleteMaria, I was thrilled to hear this news, too! Did you see 2 Christmas movies mentioned somewhere? From what I saw in the Deadline article it says he is doing three movies, with two of the movies appearing to be non-holiday and one Christmas. Whatever the case, he's going to be such a busy guy creating movies for GAF this year.
