I hope you all enjoy the Christmas movies airing this week. "Swept Up by Christmas" is a feel-good Hallmark movie; our friend Jane reviewed it as "a sweet, cozy, gentle Christmas movie that's a keeper" and I absolutely agree!
If you like comedy best, "Never Kiss a Man in a Christmas Sweater" is certainly a super fun, cheerful Christmas movie! In fact, more of our friends confirmed this with their reviews... "Picking Up and Dropping Off" is a Christmas movie that first premiered in 2003 on ABCFamily. From what I am remembering of the movie, it is family friendly, but it's been quite some time since I've seen it. Do any of you recall watching it? "Picking Up and Dropping Off" also aired a few years back on INSP during the holidays and they are well known for airing wholesome programming. The movie stars actor Scott Wolf, from the 90's TV drama series "Party of Five" and the Hallmark Hall of Fame Christmas movie, "A Christmas Love Story."

"Picking Up and Dropping Off" actually was not a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie. It first premiered during the 25 Days of Christmas programming block on ABCFamily in 2003.

Thank you for sharing that casting info. It seems like a lot of actors are doubling up and doing more than one movie after quarantining in Canada for the mandated 14 days. I'm sure we're going to see a lot more of this, especially with the side characters who most likely have less lines to learn and can easily move from one set to another.
DeleteThanks to the reviews Net on "Swept Up By Christmas", I watched for the first time last night. So happy I did. Loved it so much! This is a keeper for me. Love movies with a message! Care for others as you do for yourself and the results will surprise you.
