Cockle-warming seasonal fare.

  1. One of our top 20 Christmas Movies.
Much better than newere stuff on Hallmark.
Shame it is not played more on Lifetime.

  2. Some Christmas films benefit from a decent script, a wholesome story and professional actors who play 'the role' rather than the story. This is one of those, a tad saccharine at any other time of year, but, in the endless search for films that aren't just rehashed boy meets girl romances etc (though that's there too!), this is one that deserves respect for treating Christmas - and the audience with respect. Worth a watch..... every year! :)
