the Premiere of the Valentine Movies!
Have a "LOVE"ly Weekend!
To the people who don't watch "When Calls the Heart," it's going to be so strange after the Countdown to Valentine's Day ends and we are without new movies every weekend! We might not know what to watch or what to do! Lol.
ReplyDeleteEven though I know there will still be movie repeats airing on the Hallmark Channel on weekends throughout the second half of February and throughout March -- and, of course, "The Bridge, Part 2" will premiere on HMM in March -- it will be so strange to not have a "themed movie event" to follow until April.
Since the beginning of October we have all been swept up in the wonder and magic of Fall Harvest, the Countdown to Christmas, Winterfest and now the Countdown to Valentine's Day, all in quick succession. Boom, boom, boom -- one after another after another, without a break in between each event. Not only that, but even before the themed movie events began, new movies were premiering in September. Remember the commercials that promised there would be new movies every weekend from September through Valentine's Day? Well, now we are almost to the end of that marathon!
After the Countdown to Valentine's Day ends, there are no themed movie events until April! And then, after Spring Fling ends there won't be a themed movie event until... June Weddings!
But then... the REAL gap between movie events looms large. If we get a Christmas in July event this year, it won't be very extensive, I'm sure, but it will take up a good 10 days in July. After that, though, no themed movie events until... Fall Harvest... October!!! Yikes! And that is assuming that Fall Harvest is happening again this year.
Thank God It's Friday!!!! After a week of "digging out" here on the east coast, I'm looking forward to two day's of comforting, pre Valentine movies!! Woopie, Hallmark!!!!!
