  1. Thank you for talking about "Winter Thaw" on your blog. I just watched this movie and it is, so far, my favorite made-for-TV Christmas movie this year! I liked how this unique and creative story was different from what the other networks were offering. Could "Winter Thaw" be eligible for a nomination for next year's "It's a Wonderful Movie" awards? I hope so, especially since BYU-TV has never been represented in any of the award polls. If BYU-TV continues to make good movies with good stories, this could be the start of a beautiful tradition.

  2. I agree, this was what Christmas is about, unlike so many other so called Christmas movies. Watched it several times and told others about the movie.

  3. Is this movie out for purchase?

    1. I checked Amazon and other sources... unfortunately, I do not see it, yet. What a meaningful story it is.

  4. When will "Winter Thaw" be available on DVD?
    Fabulous movie!

  5. I'm wondering the same thing about availability on DVD. Family is wanting to watch this for Christmas eve and wondered where we can find it?

  6. I've been looking for this movie to air this season but I haven't seen it. This is my favorite movie and look forward to seeing, but very disappointed it hasn't aired in 2018.
