The evening will feature performances by Maverick City Music, Matthew West, Jordan Feliz, Blanca and Ryan Ellis. There will also be a very special sunset concert with a surprise Grammy Award-winning and 28-time Dove Award-winning worship artist.

Special speakers will be included in the program, including Dr. Alveda King, Reverend Samuel Rodriquez, Pastor Ben Stuart and Museum of the Bible founders Steve and Jackie Green. Museum of the Bible will also present information on the importance of biblical archaeology and scholarship. The evening will end with a special projection on the Washington Monument.

Last week, the America Reads the Bible event unfolded in a truly beautiful way in Washington, D.C., as nearly 500 voices came together at the Museum of the Bible to read God’s Holy Word aloud.

It was a powerful and uplifting week, bringing together people from all walks of life... pastors and ministry leaders, current and former politicians, actors and actresses, Christian musicians and worship leaders, and so many others, all united in sharing the truth and light of Scripture.

It was especially meaningful to see familiar faces from Great American Family, the Hallmark Channel, and other networks take part, using their voices to honor the Lord. I so enjoyed every moment I was able to watch, along with my family, but of course we were in and out during the week - with work, errands, etc... so it's been nice to go back and catch any of the ones we missed.

"County Rescue" Season 3 - New Poster + Premiere Date, Cast, and Episode Details

A new poster has been released for County Rescue Season 3 featuring familiar and new faces!

Returning to the series from the first two seasons are Julia Reilly, Brett Varvel, Tim Perez-Ross, Riley Hough, Angel Luis, and Tanya Christiansen.

Premiere date on Great American Family: May 17th at 8/7c

According to an article at parade.com, this is what we can expect in the first episodes of the new season: "In the Season 3 opener, the County Rescue team expands, as they welcome two new members—James (Christian Schupe) and Ema (Alyssa Gonzalez)—bringing new dynamics to the crew. Dani (Julia Reilly) steps into a meaningful mentorship role, guiding a new trainee with patience, encouragement, and the steady compassion that defines her leadership. I'm really excited to watch America Reads the Bible! I hope many hearts are touched by this amazing event - and come to know Jesus, either for the first time, or in a deeper, more personal way.

I usually watch the When Hope Calls: Brookfield episodes early on Pure Flix, but I haven't had the chance to see this one yet. After all, it did just come out yesterday, but what am I waiting for? NEW YORK, NY – February 18, 2026 – Great American Media today announced, “40 Days of Scripture & Film,” a cross-platform Easter celebration spanning Great American Pure Flix, Great American Family and GFAM+. Beginning today through Easter Sunday, Great American Pure Flix presents 40 Days of Scripture & Film, a special seasonal initiative spotlighting its deep library of faith-centered films and devotionals. Complementing this journey, Great American Media will also debut new episodes two Original Series and the World Premiere of the Original Movie Blessings in Disguise across its linear and streaming platforms, offering audiences stories that celebrate faith in everyday life throughout the season.

Throughout the 40-day event, Great American Pure Flix will feature a curated collection of faith-based films, including The Blind, The Girl Who Believes in Miracles, 5000 Blankets, Learning to Love, 47 Days with Jesus, and God’s Not Dead, to name a few. The celebration also includes the mid-winter finale of Season 1 of “Crossroad Springs,” returning to Great American Pure Flix on March 5th and to Great American Family and GFAM+ on March 7th, the World Premiere of Original Movie, Blessings in Disguise, starring Shae Robins (A Christmas Prayer) and Casey Elliott (Destined At Christmas) streaming on Great American Pure Flix, Friday, March 27 and airing on Great American Family and GFAM+ on Saturday, March 28 (8p), and all new season of “When Hope Calls: Brookfield,” streaming on Thursday, April 2, and airing on Great American Family and GFAM+, Saturday, April 4 (8p).

“Easter is about creating space for reflection and renewal,” said Kaitlyn Haubrich, Chief Brand Officer, Great American Media. “Through inspiring films and meaningful Scripture, we are inviting families to come together and prepare for the season in a way that is both personal and uplifting,” Haubrich concluded.

Great American Pure Flix and Great American Family will feature daily Scripture, connecting to the themes of each movie. Viewers will also be invited to participate through all Great American Media’s digital and social platforms to share prayer requests and messages of gratitude.
