Her boyfriend Barton is supportive, but doesn’t see Alex as very daring. Determined, Alex heads to Colorado where she meets Cole and convinces him to be her guide. Though a klutz, Alex is soon skiing and zip-lining, all as Cole photographs her exhilaration and they fall in love. But when Barton arrives and tells Cole he’s part of the article, Cole feels betrayed. Later though, after reading the piece, Cole is happy for Alex, and even happier when she returns with a plane ticket and an invitation to join her on a trip, sure to be the first of many!

Thomas Beaudoin to start off the New Year....yesπ..sorry about the fangirl moment, but he has been great in all the romantic movies he starred in the last 2 years. He has amazing chemistry with all his leading ladies...must be that French Canadian charmπ
ReplyDeleteThis movie was soo great. The leads had superb chemistry. I found myself smiling throughout the whole movie;-)
ReplyDeleteAt first I found the female lead to be kind of annoying, but as the movie progressed, overall it was funny and entertaining. I reaaaally like Thomas Beaudoin. This is not something I will watch again, but it still was quite enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteI missed the movie but I really would like to watch it does anyone knows when it comes back on?

Loved this movie. Big fan of Thomas Beaudoin. Loved him in The Spirit of Christmas. Would love to see him in many more!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know where I can get the handbag the main character has when she gets to the lodge?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know the band and title of the song that is being played as they are ziplining through the woods?
ReplyDeleteNo I dont and I'm annoyed no one else does either.
DeleteHi Laura & Anonymous... I'll try to check my closed captioning the next time this is on. That might give us an answer here.
DeleteBit late now but it's This Moment In Time by Matthew Puckett.
DeleteAt best, this movie was decent. I felt like the second half of the film was stronger than the first half. Out of everyone from this cast, I thought that Thomas Beaudoin gave the strongest performance. Even though Thomas’ performance was weaker in the first half of the movie than the second half, his emotions and reactions made sense with what was expected of that character. I hope that Thomas Beaudoin can appear in more Hallmark productions, maybe even join the cast of “When Calls the Heart”.
ReplyDeleteLove on the Slopes was so much better than I expected and I think it was easily the best winter movie in January.
ReplyDeleteLOVE ON THE SLOPES was the Best!! It was a unique storyline. Thomas Beaudoin and Katrina Bowden had great chemistry and loved their connection. The scenery was out of this world... and I definitely want a pairingof the two in Zimbabwe...
ReplyDeletewhere can we buy a DVD for this great movie?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, there isn't an official DVD released, yet, for this movie but hopefully one day!
DeleteI really enjoyed this one. Parts of it were not great, but I loved it overall. When she says, “I have exhilaration.” I feel that, and get ready-eyed. I understand the desire for exhilaration.
ReplyDeletePlease cast Thomas Beaudoin and Katrina
ReplyDeleteBowden in another movie they have great chemistry together.
Also Thomas was terrific with Jen Lilley in Spirit of Christmas, cast them together again
too.
He would also fit with the cast of , When Calls The Heart, being Canadian he would make a great Mountie.
Please get him in more Hallmarks movies or
series.!
Rewatched this on DVD, such a sweet movie! -Maria
