I think there should only be 1 Hallmark channel. I can only get one where I live.
ReplyDeleteI disagree! I think there should be more than two! I'd love one channel that shows nothing but Hallmark movies 24 hours a day. They have made so many movies over the years and most of them only air a few times and you never see them again. I think it's great that Hallmark is doing well enough to not only have two channels but also has the resources to continually make such wonderful movies all year long.
DeleteVery thankful I can record more than one movie at a time. They are both excellent movies. I have to agree When Calls The Heart must end with Jack and Elizabeth getting married. Peace and Grace
ReplyDeleteI wonder what the results would have been for Signed, Sealed, Delivered if it was on the Hallmark Channel. I wish it was!!
ReplyDeleteNet, your mini heart cakes look delicious and just in time for Season 3 of WCTH. I bet the "Hearties" will be flooding Amazon for those mini heart pans. Maybe Abigail will take note! LOL! Since I have to choose, I'll be watching SSD over at HMM even though I love both shows!! My heart had been captured by the POstables from the very beginning!!
ReplyDeleteWow, you are so lucky to receive a When Calls the Heart DVD screener. What a beautiful cover and quilt in the background!
ReplyDeleteYour mini heart cakes look delicious. I don't blame you at all for not waiting until Sunday to have one! If only I could reach right through the computer and have one, too - just one!
I also have to say I prefer your Poster design for Signed, Sealed, Delivered: From the Heart much more than the actual one. I'm sorry but the original poster looks strange to me. Shane seems foggy and Oliver has a funny look on his face. It doesn't seem to go together, at all and I don't like it when it leaves off two, you know who, people. I've never been impressed by it, but I love yours and since you also included Rita and Norman, that makes it number one in my heart!
Thanks for this great post Net. I don't know what I will watch, yet. My heart is still torn!
I'm one of the Hearties and I can't wait for this new season of When Calls the Heart. Thanks Net for sharing all this information with others, especially the social media section. Please tweet along with all of us during the show Sunday night and don't forget to use #Hearties so we can get it trending!
ReplyDeleteI love both When Calls the Heart and Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Why did Hallmark do this?
ReplyDeleteDo what? It's not as if Sunday is the only airing of either program so it should be easy to watch both of them. And I think Hallmark knows that 95% of the country has either a DVR or at least a VCR to record programs. They're trying to get people to subscribe to the other Hallmark channel. If people don't pay for it, Hallmark can't keep producing all these wonderful programs that we all love so much.
DeleteYou are right, there is one encore airing for WCTH, and several more for SSD. I know many hate to miss the premieres of shows they love, but it is possible to see both again.
DeleteWhen Calls the Heart: Troubled Hearts
Premieres Sunday Feb 21 at 9pm/8c.
Repeats Friday Feb 26 at 2pm/1c.
Signed, Sealed, Delivered: From the Heart
Premieres Sunday Feb 21 at 9pm/8c.
Repeats Wednesday February 24 1pm/12c.
Thursday February 25 7pm/6c.
Tuesday March 1 7pm/6c.
Sunday March 20 5pm/4c.
I do also wonder - if they are wanting big ratings for one of these shows or both - why premiere them on the same night at the same time. I think WCTH would fit great at the 8 o'clock time slot.
Cool! I wish we could watch the new episode of When Calls the Heart, but we don't have tv.
ReplyDeleteWhat is a screener? Did you ask Halmark to send you one?
I love When Calls the Heart as well. :)
Love,
Ashley

Thank you for your question, Ashley. Hallmark sends out screeners to those they know will support their movies with reviews and promotion. That's why I received it. You may also be interested to know it is available on DVD at Amazon. Hope that helps.
DeleteDoes Kristin Booth look different?
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, yes....I noticed it too!! What do you think she did??
