ATLANTA (October 7, 2025) – UP Faith & Family, the leading streaming service for uplifting movies and series, all commercial free, will be the first place in the U.S. to premiere Heartland season 19. Beginning Thursday, Nov. 6, the service will add new episodes weekly with a four-week break after episode five, returning on Jan. 8.
“Heartland fans in the U.S. have long asked for a shorter wait after the Canadian debut, and we’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to make that a reality. We’re excited to bring new episodes to our subscribers just a few weeks after they first air in Canada,” said Philip Manwaring, head of streaming, UP Entertainment.
Heartland is the longest running one-hour drama in Canadian television history. In season 19, the Bartlett-Fleming family must risk everything to keep Heartland and those they love out of harm’s way. Amy strikes a delicate balance between her commitment to a new relationship and always putting her daughter first. However, when her reputation as a horse trainer is called into question, she’s caught off guard, and Amy must fight to save her good name. Lou tries to refocus attention on her family – and not on work, but when a new adversary threatens the ranch, Lou is forced to make some difficult choices. Jack is the steadfast rancher he’s always been, but his patience is tested after he hires an unlikely new ranch hand. And when outside forces jeopardize Heartland, Amy, Jack, Lou and the rest of the family must come together to build a stronger foundation for the future. Each holding fast to their values in the face of it all. Heartland strong.

Trailer:
I hope all of you "Heartland" fans will enjoy this new season.
When I saw Shaun Johnston show up on “Crossroad Springs,” I wondered if something had happened to Jack in season 18 of “Heartland” to take him out of the series, which I haven't seen yet.
ReplyDeleteDid I miss season 18 on UPtv? I track the channel diligently, so if so, I can't imagine how, but the following statement in the press release suggests that I have: "And hold your horses, there’s more! 'Heartland' Season 19 is coming to UPtv Thursday, January 8, 2026!"
Or are they skipping season 18 on UPtv altogether? I wouldn't put it past them because they've done that with "Hudson & Rex,” having started with season 5, then going back for seasons 1—3, then skipping seasons 4 & 6, and lately on season 7.
Hal Hall, So sorry for the mix-up! You’re absolutely right; it is indeed Season 18 premiering on UPtv in January, 2026. I have fixed the number above, and I sure hope you'll be able to enjoy the show then.
DeleteThere is also good news - in knowing from the Season 19 trailer that Shaun Johnston is still very much with the show. I just adore him as Grandpa Jack.
Here's an excerpt from UPtv's press release regarding Season 18 coming to UPtv in January:
"UPtv, the home for uplifting entertainment, will debut season 18 of fan-favorite family drama series Heartland on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 8 p.m. ET. Heartland is the longest
running one-hour drama in Canadian television history. The success of a family run ranch in the foothills of Alberta isn’t guaranteed, even in the best of times, and when season 18 begins, Heartland’s future has never been more precarious. With new competition from a neighboring ranch, and a drought that threatens the health of the herd, the only solution is for the Bartlett-Fleming family to buckle down and adapt like never before. Amy’s work with horses continues to be her focus, but when she unexpectedly
finds her heart pulled in two different directions, she’ll be forced to make a difficult decision. Lou will be more involved than ever in the family cattle business, often placing her at odds with Jack and Tim. However, when it matters most, the entire family will come together and prove that no adversity is too great when they’re united. It will take courage, resolve, and strength of character to overcome the challenges ahead. In other words, it’ll take true grit."
Sounds like another interesting season. It's hard to believe it has gone on this many years.
Super excited for this news! 👏Elizbeth
ReplyDeleteElizbeth, So wonderful to hear your warm enthusiasm! Thank you for sharing with us! :)
DeleteI think you were correct above. I found a website that states this.

Elizbeth
You got it wrong. Heartland season 18 premieres on January 8th 2025 on Uptv. No Heartland season 19 premiere doesn't airs on January 8th 2025 on Uptv.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I'm aware. I've updated the number above.
DeleteFans of Heartland are enjoying some fantastic news back-to-back, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Not up to a week ago, we reported that Season 18 of the beloved series would soon become available on network TV in the US, months after its Canadian debut. Meanwhile, Season 19 is already airing in Canada, which many believed wouldn’t arrive in the US anytime soon. Fortunately, that’s about to change as we have some exciting updates indicating that the new season debuts in less than a month, but only on streaming for now, which sadly may not be accessible to everyone
ReplyDeleteAs newly confirmed, Heartland Season 19 premieres on UP Faith & Family in the US on November 6, 2025. Episodes will debut on the streaming service weekly through Episode 5. Then, after a four-week break (leaving fans utterly disappointed), episodes will resume on January 8, 2026, the same day Season 18 makes its network debut stateside on UPtv. Additionally, there will be a live, virtual viewing event on November 4, 2025, at 8 pm ET on the UP Faith & Family app, giving fans the opportunity to enjoy the premiere together.
This is no doubt the best news for die-hard fans in the US, and they aren’t alone, as Philip Manwaring, head of streaming, UP Entertainment, also shares the sentiment. The exec said in a statement, “Heartland fans in the US have long asked for a shorter wait after the Canadian debut, and we’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to make that a reality. We’re excited to bring new episodes to our subscribers just a few weeks after they first air in Canada.”
A mistake. I forgot to add 2026 for Heartland season 18 premiere on January next year. NOT this past January.
