Start your Friday morning, October 21st, 2022, bright and early with Christmas movies...
Great American Family begins their season of Christmas movies titled *Great American Christmas* at 4am/3c. with "A Hot Cocoa Christmas" starring Susie Abromeit and Torrance Coombs. (By the way, "A Hot Cocoa Christmas" is an alternate title for the GAC Family 2021 original movie: "Much Ado About Christmas!")
Over on the Hallmark Channel, the network begins their *Countdown to Christmas* at 6am/5c. with "A Wish for Christmas" starring Lacey Chabert and Paul Greene.
Hallmark Movies & Mysteries also joins in at 6am/5c. Their "Miracles of Christmas" movie event begins with the beloved Hallmark classic, "The Christmas Card."
Be sure to check out the Christmas Movie Schedule for all the new Christmas movies premiering this year.
In The Christmas Card I have never been able to understand why, if Faith was falling in love with Cody, she was so eager to get engaged to Paul?
ReplyDeleteI have 107 movies listed from CBS, Fox Nation, Great American Family, Hallmark, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Lifetime and UPtv.
Now to go through the synopsis of each one and see what ones I don't want to watch.
UPtv is the only channel airing beyond 18 December with The Snowball Effect on 24 Dec and Christmas In Wolf Creek on Christmas Day.
Strangely Christmas In Wolf Creek is airing 3 weeks previously on Fox Nation on 04 December.
There are a number of nights on which there five different movies airing but on both 04 and 11 December there no less than SIX!
I don't know how we'll work this, even with the DVD it's impossible t cover 6 in a night so big decisions might have to be made. - Florence
Happy Christmas Movie Watching Season!

Thank you so much for this blog!! My mom is so glad to know which movies are good to watch and which ones are unchristian.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been watching as much as I used to. But, it is fun to read reactions and reviews.

If only there were ratings so we could avoid recording the unclean movies!
ReplyDeleteHi...All of you Christmas movie fans! Today is the day! Remember, He is the reason we celebrate the season! 9 Merry Movies, 10 Holiday Movies, & 138 Christmas Movies are found on my guide for the next couple of weeks. These numbers reflect movies with those words in the title. The numbers are approximate, and I tried to exclude non-family friendly movies. Also, I am sure I counted some twice (Example: one with Merry Christmas ). I think it’s fun to look at the numbers on the first day!
ReplyDeleteTwo other things I went to share:
1-OWN and Cleo are networks to check out for Christmas movies. OWN broadcasts their own movies later in the season. I am not sure they are all family friendly, but I think the ones I have seen from OWN have been.
2-The other thing I wanted to mention is that LeAnn Rimes’ 1997 “Holiday in Your Heart” Lifetime movie is airing on 10/25/22. I hope this is an indication that the network will be willing to air more older holiday movies, not just the biographical ones. Happy Christmas movie watching!
