More Hallmark Christmas movies have been popping up at Amazon for DVD release, and I thought it would be fun to share with you all the latest arrivals!
I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw one of the movies is actually Window Wonderland, which premiered on the Hallmark Channel back in 2013... nearly 10 years ago! We've been waiting and asking for that DVD release for such a long time. I can hardly believe it has finally happened!!! I'm sure many of you are shocked, too! Window Wonderland is newly available in a Hallmark Countdown to Christmas 9-Movie Collection, and they are all great family-friendly Christmas classics. So... hopefully you will love it, too! See ALL the movies in this New DVD Collection below...
Plus, you'll also find several new movie releases that premiered on Hallmark last year! Check out all the newest and latest DVD releases...

There are other DVD collections newly available. 'Tis the Season to be Merry, Christmas CEO, A Christmas Together With You are all available in movie collections at Amazon. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the movies they are paired with, but if you want to check them out, simply cick on their titles.

Just a reminder that The Nine Kittens of Chistmas has a same sex couple reference in the movie.
ReplyDeleteJoyce, I appreciate you sharing that reminder. It's such a brief mention that really doesn't add much to the story. I added a note above that others may want to read the movie reviews before purchasing the DVD.
DeleteHey Net! I know, I almost didn't mention it. It's getting very hard to keep up with which movies are ok which ones are not. I come here on IAWM and check out the reviews when I'm not sure. It's great to have this safe place to come, thanks to you!! Blessings my friend!
DeleteYes, it is very brief, but they just had to do it, and it just happened to be in the same scene with Paul Campbell’s cameo in the movie. I don’t look forward to anything he is in anymore. So sad because Window Wonderland was a favorite of mine.
DeleteThis is amazing! -Maria
ReplyDeleteMaria, I agree! It's always fun to see these fresh batches of DVD releases! :)
DeleteYes, Window Wonderland...finally! Plus, another one of my all-time favorites that I have been waiting for is included...12 Gifts of Christmas! Great news indeed!
ReplyDeleteMark 25 - Yes, that collection is pretty awesome... 9 movies for the price of 4! I am shocked they didn't divide them up. They could have charged much more for them individually. Anyway, it's a great DVD collection!
DeleteBy the way, I've always liked "12 Gifts of Christmas," too! One of my favorite scenes is when Marc and Anna are driving to his parents and they bring along Anna's nieces and they all look at the beautiful houses on the way with Christmas lights. It's kind of a sweet and simple filler type scene, but I just love the way the glow of the Christmas lights reflects on their happy faces.
I have been searching “Window Wonderland DVD Hallmark” for most of a decade, hoping that someone would get the clue that there is interest. I cannot believe this happened! So excited. It is witty and just charming, but not really shown on the Christmas lineup anymore. Thanks for the update!π
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I was finally able to share this wonderful news with you!!! I know many have been hoping to see this title for so long. It is such a unique movie; I really wonder why they don't play it on Hallmark anymore. I know many viewers always liked it.
DeleteSo happy you can finally get the DVD now... Enjoy!!! :)
I'm glad to see they're finally releasing some Christmas dvds. {I'm still holding out for two releases from 2020 so that I can delete them from my dvr: The Christmas Bow and Never Kiss a Man in a Christmas Sweater.} I wish they would stop doing these double and triple sets where if you want to buy a cute movie (like A Dickens of a Holiday!) you are forced to also pay for one that includes objectionable content; personally, I think I'm going to refuse to pay money for such rot even though I'd love to have the other movie in the set.
ReplyDeleteBtw, I noticed that Eight Gifts of Hanukkah is also being released; not sure if you already posted that somewhere, Net? (And another non-Christmas one that I liked, which is Always Amore.)
~~Jane
Jane, I know just what you mean about the collection DVDs. I don't like them, either, especially when they are paired with something else I would never buy based on my values. I personally think they are doing it on purpose, and like you, I won't be purchasing them.
DeleteAlso, thank you for mentioning the DVD availability for "Eight Gifts of Hanukkah!" I added it above. That was such a lovely film... one of the best, in my opinion, from Hallmark last year. I'm so glad you mentioned this! Thank you! Thank you! :)
I probably will like to get Jingle Bell Bride, The Christmas Doctor and Deliver by Christmas
ReplyDeleteChris, That is a great DVD collection of films. Thank you for sharing. I especially like The Christmas Doctor.
DeleteChris, I love the Christmas Doctor! I bought it alone on DVD last year on Amazon.
DeleteOlivia Newton John passed away yesterday. I watched her movies: Grease & A Christmas Romance. I never watch her musical movie: Xanadu before.
ReplyDeleteYes, it was very sad news to hear of Olivia's passing. I'm sure many remember her from Grease as Sandra Dee. It was such an iconic role.
DeleteI also recall the Christmas movie you mentioned, "A Christmas Romance." She was paired with Gregory Harrison ("Signed, Sealed, Delivered) and they were fantastic together.
Also, she was in another 90's Christmas movie, "A Mom for Christmas." The story is a little different - a mannequin comes to life, but Olivia was still wonderful in it.
She was such a lovely actress, who also had such a beautiful voice. I just listened to Hopelessly Devoted to You. Oh my... her music and movies will live on forever...
I remember “A Mom for Christmas”, was Wonderful World of Disney movies. It’s not on Disney+ but thru might add Olivia Newton John to honorary her.
DeleteI too am disappointed with the compilation dvds. I either have some of them or don't want the others. I would buy them separately even though it would probably cost more. The ones I want are Christmas CEO, Christmas Land, Window Wonderland, and 12 Gifts of Christmas. If they want sales on these, put them out separately or together. I am also hoping for Christmas Bow, My Christmas Family Tree, Making Spirits Bright, Christmas Cottage, Love in Paradise and Thanksgiving House. And Chasing Leprechauns and Farewell Mr. Kringle.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic news, but I can't stand multiple movie DVDs ! They charge more and usually I already either have the movie or usually only like a couple of movies.
