Last week news was released on two upcoming Christmas movies at Deadline.com - by New York Times bestselling author Melissa de la Cruz.
The first Christmas movie announced was: "Christmas in Angel Falls 3," starring Rachel Boston and Paul Greene, who will be reprising their same roles from the first "Christmas in Angel Falls" film, which premiered on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries in 2017. According to the article, this sequel "will continue the story of an angel who falls in love with a mortal and gives up her wings."
The second Christmas movie mentioned was: "Christmas at Mansfield Park." No news, yet, on who will star, however we do know this movie will be an adaptation from Jane Austen's novel, "Mansfield Park." I simply adore Jane Austen's books and authentic movie portrayals, and I have high hopes for this one, as well. Austen's "Mansfield Park" has a bit of intrigue and mystery to it; I certainly hope this Christmas movie will too!

ReplyDeleteI contacted Hallmark around New Years when it disappeared from their schedule. No explanation was given, but they did inform me that no other premiere date was currently scheduled. I think we are all anticipating for it to premiere some time before New Years this year, but we'll see.
DeleteLoved Rachel Boston and Paul Greene in Angel Falls, and very glad they will be performing in the 3rd movie. They have such great chemistry.
