I can hardly believe it's the middle of June already! Summer starts officially this upcoming Friday, June 21st, and hopefully, with it, will come some sunshine and pleasant heat! (We've had unseasonably chilly weather in the Midwest.)
On this Father's Day, I will be spending time with my dear family. I am so grateful to be celebrating with my siblings - our precious Daddy... and from what the weather is forecasting (more rain), we may have to forgo our typical outdoor plans, but the main thing is - just being together! The greatest gift!
I know many Fathers will be busy on Fathers Day - attending church services, spending time with family, minding the grill, and perhaps, getting in a round or two of golf. There will also be plenty of sporting events on TV too... from US Open Golf, Major League Baseball, a Nascar Race, etc.
Whether you are with your Father, or if you are thinking back on sweet memories, I pray you also have a nice, relaxing, pleasant weekend.
