I cant wait. I love Adam Mayfield, because......I LOVE Matchmaker Santa. I have it on my DVR and just watched it again 2 nights ago. I can't get enough of that movie. And of course, I love Arielle. I am super excited for this movie :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I love "Matchmaker Santa," too! It's such a super sweet movie and I think that is mainly because Dean and Melanie AKA -- Adam Mayfield & Lacey Chabert are soooooo cute together!!!
DeleteI'll be watching "Sweet Surrender" for the first time, too! Hope we both like it! ;)
Thank you for letting us know about this. It sounds like a cute movie.
ReplyDeleteWhile we’re on the subject of upcoming movies, I found out about two movies that are coming soon! The first one is called “Heart of the Country” and it’s airing on UP network at 9:00 a.m. on May 21st. The second movie is called “Joe’s Violin” and is a PBS production. It airs on July 31st, but I am unsure if the movie will be family-friendly (in a similar style to Hallmark Hall of Fame) or if the movie will premiere on television and/or online (like Winter Thaw from BYUtv).
ReplyDeleteI appreciate you sharing.
DeleteI definitely recall the movie "Heart of the Country" with Jana Kramer, the country singer - who just recently starred in the Hallmark Channel's "Love at First Bark." It was a direct-to-DVD movie, at first, and then UP first premiered it on their network on April 22, 2014. I have a posting of the movie - here. It's an interesting story of coming home again and all the drama and heartache that ensues.
I looked up your second recommendation - "Joe's Violin." It sounds like a precious, beautiful, true story. According to PBS, it's a documentary short, that is 24 minutes long and it will premiere on July 24, 2017. I watched the trailer and was taken by it. Very beautiful, heartwarming. Thank you for sharing. If others would like to see this video clip, please visit: http://www.pbs.org/pov/joesviolin/.
Thank you for thoughtfully passing all this info our way... Have a Blessed Day!!!

With all the people who love the movie Matchmaker Santa, it's hard to understand why things can't be worked out to put it on dvd. RG
ReplyDeleteI know, I feel the same way. I have it on my DVR, my husband thinks the movie is dumb and laughs every time I watch it, which is A LOT. I just love Melanie & Dean. They had such great chemistry and fell in love slowly. it was a natural progression. I want them to put all of the first Fall Harvest movies, the 2015 movies on DVD such as October Kiss (my alltime favorite Hallmark movie), Harvest Moon and Autumn Dreams. I have them on my DVR from the original airing in October 2015, I always pray my DVR holds up I don't know what I will do without my Hallmark movies that are NOT on DVD.
