I pray we all keep the spirit of Christmas in our hearts all year round.
Enjoy Hallmark's Gold Crown Christmas week... and I'll be sharing the Hallmark Channel's Christmas Keepsake week as soon as it becomes available!

This is awesome to see. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh, you're welcome, Eddie. I was so thrilled when Joyce emailed this news to me and I was so happy to share it with all of you! It's the 2nd most wonderful time of the year! :)
DeleteThanks for posting! I like how they are starting it off with Doris Roberts, Mrs. Miracle!
ReplyDeleteOh, me too! I noticed that right off and I'm so glad you mentioned it! Doris Roberts was such a funny, delightful scene stealing lady! I miss her spunk! There's certainly no one like our Mrs. Miracle!
DeleteThe most noteworthy thing about that is that both of the "Mrs. Miracle" movies have now moved over to HMM. That means -- I hate to say it because I know it will be disappointing to a lot of people -- that there is a strong chance of both of the Mrs. Miracle movies exclusively airing on HMM in Nov-Dec too. They may not air on the main Hallmark Channel at all, for the rest of the year.
DeleteIt seems that a lot of movies have been inching their way over to HMM in groups each year, and they stop airing on the main channel.
Oh, my gosh, Net!! I'm so excited and so ready for "Christmas In July"!! Thanks so much for the schedule and all your hard work!! You make it so easy for all of us!!
ReplyDeleteAwe... I'm so glad to share this excitement with you, Linda!!! :)
DeleteHallmark spoils us, don't they? Now, I can't wait to see the schedule for Christmas Keepsake week on the Hallmark Channel!!! Hopefully, they will share it soon!!! :)
Thank you for sharing the joy, Linda!!!
Thanks Net!!
ReplyDeleteOh, you are welcome, Cathie!!! Hope some of your favorites are scheduled.
DeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteIt was my joy to share it, Becky! Thanks so much for your comment! :)
DeleteI never expected Christmas news on Memorial Day weekend. Thanks Net!
ReplyDeleteWe just never know when we will receive Hallmark Christmas news, do we? They give us hints all year round! I love it, too! :)
DeleteI just read on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ official Twitter feed that the next Gourmet Detective movie will be released this fall, but they don’t specify any dates or times.
DeleteAny idea when Help for the Holidays will be available on Blu-ray or DVD? I've checked the Hallmark website periodically but nothing yet.
DeleteTo Anonymous... Yay to more Gourmet Detective this fall! That's such a fun mystery series! Thanks for sharing that news!
DeleteTo Davmea... No word, yet on Help for the Holidays on DVD. We'll have to continue to keep a look out for it!
I was just saying elsewhere, thank goodness someone in Programming had the sense to put "The Christmas Ornament" and "Angels & Ornaments" on the schedule this year. Last July you may remember, Net, that both movies were inexplicably left off of the schedules on both Hallmark Channels. That annoyed me to no end -- especially the loss of "The Christmas Ornament" -- when they found 10 hours of time to devote to "Home Alone" on the main Hallmark Channel. Madness!
ReplyDeleteOther observations: "Mr. Miracle" has once again been left out of July's line-up. I was not a fan of "Mr. Miracle," but I'm surprised to see that it has been omitted for 2 July events in a row. I think it was just not the hit that Hallmark hoped it would be, and it didn't resonate with people the way the "Mrs. Miracle" movies did.
Also, "The Bridge" (both parts) has been left off of the July schedule, and I wonder if it's because both installments have already been shown a few times since March. Either that, or maybe Hallmark will run Part 1 and Part 2 on the main channel?
Excellent observations, Sherry! It is sad to see some movies move over to HMM since I know not everyone has it, but some movies being more of a drama- do seem to fit there best.
DeleteIt's always interesting to see what gets scheduled and what doesn't. As usual, I was hoping for an all night showing of movies, but I wasn't surprised that they are saving that for Christmastime.
Nice to see movie schedule, but where is Crown For Christmas. It is my favorite!!!!
ReplyDeleteMany love that one, Esther! I expect we will see "Crown for Christmas" on the main Hallmark Channel web-site. Hopefully we will hear soon!
DeleteThank you for commenting! :)
Any idea when Help for the Holidays will be available on DVD or Blu-ray? I keep checking the Hallmark website but nothing yet.
ReplyDeleteThe line up for day 1 is amazing (minus the Christmas Stocking)!!! What a way to kick off Christmas in July! - Uncle Ralph
ReplyDeleteI wish Hallmark would just make a channel for Christmas movies all year round. I never get sick of watching them.
ReplyDeleteWhy are all the really good movies not on the regular Hallmark Channel. Our cable won't give us the movies and mysteries channel. But we pay for four channels we don't get.
ReplyDeleteIt's almost like buying CD's back in the day, you only get one or two tracks that you like, but you don't enjoy the entire album.. LOL
