  2. When I first saw the commercial for this movie I thought , could it be a sequel to my all time fav Christmas movie. Even though it turned out to be something different I am the most excited for this one. Although surprised by love was on my must watch list as well, because I loved window wonderland and n&n.

    1. I just finished watching the new movie but was disappointed as the story was quite childish, unrealistic and boring. The actors were great but the scenario was a disaster.

  4. Did we really need to see the same actors get married in another movie, again?

  5. OMG! An hour in and I'm nodding off! So disappointed with this movie. This movie is NOTHING like what I thought it was going to be, and I hate when that happens. The story, itself, is not what I expected. I didn't think "A Bride For Christmas" was all that great, but, oddly enough, "Bridal Wave" was actually the movie I had high hopes for out of all the new Valentine's day ones. Seeing the promo for it and reading the synopsis, I was looking forward to watching it. The movement in the story is soooooo slow---like nothing is happening. Ugh! Again, SO disappointed with this one! Two movies now featuring these actors and NEITHER was good, imo?!?! I'm done with movies they're in. LOL. Can't say I didn't give them a chance....

  6. I loved Arielle Kebbel and Andrew Walker in A Bride for Christmas. Arielle's clothes, make-up and hair styles were stunning. Her character was elegant, quirky, vulnerable and radiant. Andrew's character was sincere and sweet and he looked wonderful. In this movie Arielle's hair is stringy, her clothes are bland and she has no personality; they gave Andrew a buzzcut and he looks terrible! Even Jaclyn Smith looks like she had bad plastic surgery on her lips. In A Bride for Christmas Arielle's parents were funny and she had a deep connection with them. The parents here seem to have no chemistry with Arielle's character and Arielle has no chemistry with Andrew. The story falls flat and is not interesting or fun. Really, almost nothing happens.

  7. I'm not sure which movie the comments above are for. Must not be the same movie I saw. I thought it was a good movie, not the best I've seen, but good. Nothing wrong with Arielle's character, just different and probably a lot more like regular gals these days. Also, I just wonder, noting the high chemistry between these two, are they going together or married? They make a great couple.

  8. It was a great movie and Arielle Kebbel and Andrew Walker have GREAT chemistry. It was clean, funny and so enjoyable and a perfect ending. I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion but my daughters and all loved it and will watch it again. I hope they make another movie together, they are so cute and compliment each other tremendously!!

    1. The best place I see to get 'Bridal Wave' on DVD is CBD (Christian Book Distributors). I have ordered from them many times myself, and while shipping is somewhat slow compared to Amazon, the service is always terrific!
