Movie Review:

This movie first aired last year (2014) on ION and I must warn that it is definitely NOT Family Friendly. I like both Dean Cain and Kristy Swanson as actors but this movie was awful. It was not only morally offensive, but an insult to our intelligence, as well.

First off, I hated the title. Removing the name of Christ and replacing it with EX was the first turn off for me. Secondary to that was the fact that this couple, Jessie Rogers and his wife Noelle, portrayed by Dean Cain and Kristy Swanson have decided to separate, due to the fact that the wife believes her husband is having an affair with another woman, who was constantly running around in the movie, very suggestively dressed.

In the meantime, Noelle has quickly moved on from leaving her husband, to seeing a rich man, who appears to be faking an Irish accent. No kidding. It's that crazy. Throw in a scene where everyone is be chased by bees, and you have even more insanity. To be honest, I ended up fast-forwarding through much of the craziness, just to see how it would end. In spite of the Christmas theme and well known actors, trust me, there is no redeeming quality in this movie whatsoever.

See or Skip:

I must strongly suggest skipping this one.
