Have you heard the news? Hallmark is doing a preview for Christmas after all; however, they are doing it during the premiere of the last Fall Harvest movie.
Hallmark is inviting viewers to "Join stars Tamera Mowry-Housley and Danica McKellar during the premiere of "Advice to Love By" for sneak peeks of all-new holiday movies" on Saturday, October 16th at 9pm/8c.
Should be interesting to get this early Christmas scoop; although, I do prefer an actual preview show over getting these little clips during commercial breaks. Also, I find it's harder to stay involved in the new movie with these constant interuptions. However, it's CHRISTMAS - so you know I'll be there with bells on!!!

There is nothing that would get me to watch Advice to Love By. It is not Fall Harvest at all and sounds like a terrible movie. I will wait to see a preview of one of the 3 movies each week and probably wait for a review or 2 to even consider to watch. I don't need a preview show put into a movie that likely nobody is going to watch anyway. Nice try Hallmark to get ratings up, but i bet it wont work. And they know full well this movie will likely get the worst ratings in a long time.

I am so surprised that Hallmark is not doing an actual preview show this year, since they now have additional competition with GAC! You would think that they would go to the extreme in promoting their network!
ReplyDeleteIt will be very interesting to compare the ratings of Hallmark and GAC while they are each showing their Christmas movies!
They have done it this way a time or two. Probably didn't have time to do the whole thing with so many movies still in production, not sure how the possible strike will impact it, and things have just seemed hit or miss this year. They say they're changing and looking for certain things in movies, and then turnaround an show a new movie ith 2015 vibes. I don't think they have it all figured out.

Sure be interesting to see where some of these UPtv movies have originated - they seem to have appeared under the radar! - Florence
