Bill Abbott, President & CEO of GAC Media, shared his vision for both networks with this message:
“At GAC we’re focused on creating strong brands, compelling programming and a consistent family friendly viewing experience across multiple genres,” said Abbott. “The launch of GAC Family and GAC Living is the next phase in our strategy to bolster the company’s portfolio with networks that deliver on the promise of safe and entertaining storytelling that enriches lives.”
I know I am personally looking forward to seeing what new creations come out of both of these networks. I currently only have the GAC channel, but I'm hoping DirecTV will add GAC Living in the future!

GAC Family TV shared this comment on Twitter:
"The rebranding happens on Sept. 27… the programming changes will then roll out over the next month, including movie premieres and the #GreatAmericanChristmas preview special. #StoriesWellTold #GACers"
So... to me that means programming changes will not be immediate, but they are coming!
In the meantime, we can look forward to these NEW MOVIES coming to GAC Family:

Only problem with Dish is you have to have the lowest package or the most expensive to be able to get GAC.

DeleteThis is so exciting. Some of their programming has changed already. The Beverly Hillbillies are on now and they've added Bonanza and there has been a few other changes. I have Dish and I was wondering how that would work...now I'm happy because I get GAC and Ride.

ReplyDeleteAn Autumn Romance is based on a book by my friend Jane. It was the movie Tycoon's Kiss, renamed Colors of Love, and now renamed An Autumn Romance for GacfamilyTV.
They're asking for the hashtag to include the TV at the end because there is an established brand already using the shorter hashtag.
GacFamilyTv put out a shorter list of channels guaranteed to have access on 9/27 on their SM earlier.
I don't know if GAC Living or GAC Family will be on 295 on my Cable company. But right now on my cable company which is Spectrum 295 is GAC.
ReplyDeleteI don't have RIDE, but have GAC on Comcast. But, it's a channel way up there. On mine it's 484. Looking forward to the movies!
