ReplyDeleteBlessings & a Joyous Christmas Season ahead!!! Net
I'm watching Christmas Everlasting right now. I'll watching Reunited for Christmas, Pride, Prejudice, & Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane
ReplyDeleteI'll miss 1/2 hour of Chrisrmas on Honeysuckle Lane but I'll watch on Thursday night because I'll watching A Shoe Addict's Christmas
Aren't encore airings the best! Thank goodness Hallmark and Lifetime have plenty of them! :)
DeleteNet, I have been enjoying the Hallmark Christmas shows. I get a hot drink and a goody, and sit and watch them. Some of my favorites are Cameron Mathison and Candace Cameron Bure. Thanks for all your reviews on the movies. It was good to see Kathie Lee Gifford again, haven't seen her in awhile. It's such a splendid season of shoes! This is the most wonderful time of year, isn't it, Net?
ReplyDeletelove, ~Sheri
Oh, Sheri... I'm so glad to hear you are enjoying so many good ones! I, too, so enjoyed "A Godwink Christmas" with Kathie Lee, and I thought Candace was wonderful in "A Shoe Addict's Christmas!" The faith aspect in both stories touched my spirit!
DeleteBlessings & Merry Christmas, Net
I was watching A Shoe Addict's Christmas
ReplyDeleteI love the movie
Jean Smart as Charlene "Charlie" Pennymar
I hope enjoyed it! I thought Jean Smart was so fun in "A Shoe Addict's Christmas!" I always liked her sweet character on "Designing Women," so it was fun to see her again in this!
DeleteMerry Christmas to You and Your Family..........!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Merry Christmas to You!!! :)
DeleteI didn't watch Reunited At Christmas (because, I wanted it to be Christmas At Grand Valley), but my sister did and she didn't like it. I just saw the ratings, and it has the lowest ratings so far for the Christmas movies!
ReplyDeleteMisty
Reunited may have had lower ratings because of the day it was on, Wednesday night before thanksgiving, people are busy. I watched it and loved it, I love Nikki Deloach. Christmas at Grand Valley is on the Hallmark Mysteries channel I think December 22, I guess they wanted to move Brennan and Danica to that channel since they both will have series on that network.
DeleteI just bet it was hard for a lot of people to watch the movies during the week. I was exhausted Tuesday and Wednesday from staying up till 11 to watch the Monday and Tuesday HMM movies. And then the other networks were playing Holiday stuff so families may have been tuning into that and not Hallmark.
I love that Hallmark did movies all week this year, there were a lot to catch, and with Lifetime and Ion in the mix, my DVR got a workout.
One of my favorites of the week: Poinsettias for Christmas and Every Other Holiday on Lifetime.
I haven't watched this one, yet, but I'm always happy to know when others enjoyed them! Thank you for sharing, Misty and Sabrina! I'll look forward to watching it - sometime!
DeleteBlessings & Merry Christmas to You, Net
It was great to see a mini Waltons reunion while watching Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane! "Erin" played the Mom in flashback scenes and "Elizabeth" had a blink-and-you-missed-it scene as well!
ReplyDeleteBefore watching this movie I had no idea that Mary McDonough, the actress who played Erin on The Waltons, was the author of the book that this movie was based on!
Yes, Mary McDonough wrote the book the movie "Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane" is based on! Isn't that fun! I, too, just love The Waltons! I have a note of this on my "Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane" post, but with all these new movies - I know it is very hard to see everything. I'm so glad you mentioned it, in case others haven't seen the movie or this bit of news, yet!
DeleteEnjoy all the Movies!
Blessings & Merry Christmas!!! Net
Mary Elizabeth McDonough as Caroline Reynolds - Emma's Mother alongside with Emma's Father named Cliff Reynolds in flashbacks on "Christmas on Honeyshuckle Lane"
DeleteGot around to Christmas Perfection last night, I really enjoyed this too. Kind of like the Snowglobe Christmas movies, except they are in the Christmas village the main character sets up, very cute. And a good topic too, with so many people, me included, wanting to make everything "Perfect" for the holidays and there is no such thing as perfect and that is good too.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwe, that sounds so cute! I love movies where people think everything needs to be perfect... then they come to terms with reality! I think I get caught up in that, too, Sabrina... especially at Christmas!
DeleteBy the way, I watched Nicky Whelan (from "Romance at Reindeer Lodge") in Lifetime's "A Christmas Arrangement." For some odd reason it is rated TV-14, but I personally saw absolutely nothing to make it that. No language, adult situations, other than a sweet kiss. And, Nicky was lovely, along with Daphne Zuniga ("On Strike for Christmas").
Happy Christmas Movie Watching!!! :)
Merry Christmas!!! Net
I'll watch A Shoe Addict's Christmas again & after that I'll watch Christmas on Honeysuckle Land tonight
ReplyDeleteRatings since the Christmas in Graceland have been lower than last year's. Even Candace's movie did worse than Christmas in Graceland. The Hallmark Hall of Fame had less than 4 million. Lifetime's movies aren't doing that great. Too many movies?
ReplyDeleteMisty

That sounds right, Misty. I've been wondering if everyone was going to be to be too overwhelmed to keep up. I've been feeling that myself lately, even with all my lists & calendars! I still love the Christmas movies, of course, old and new..., but it's quite a lot to take in all at once.
DeleteMerry Christmas!!! Net
