PLOT:

Storyline via Hallmark: Laurel (Kellie Pickler), a Chicago-based business executive travels to Memphis to secure one of the city’s oldest family-owned banks. While in Memphis, Laurel reunites with old flame Clay (Wes Brown), a local music promoter with loftier aspirations. Though Laurel tries to keep her eye on the prize of the business acquisition, Clay is very persuasive reminding her of the days when they were a performing duo on the brink of stardom. Now Laurel’s focus turns to the home of the Blues and dreams of making music again.

  3. I have a feeling that this will be THE Hallmark Christmas movie. Cast looks amazing, plot is less formulaic, and the setting is extremely original. I wouldn't be surprised if Graceland sees an uptick in tourism after this one!

    1. I'm having that exact same feeling, Barbara! When they showed Wes Brown and Kellie Pickler singing together in the preview special.... oh my goodness... It was truly magical! So beautiful! After seeing these preview clips and all the beautiful images Hallmark released above, I can't wait to see it, even more!

      I bet you're 100% right on the tourism. Perhaps, that's why they agreed to do the movie.
