P.S. -
ReplyDeleteKaren Kingsbury's daughter Kelsey Kupecky has a role in this movie.
I could not contain myself, sooooooooo very excited to watch this one. Jill Wagner is my very, very favorite Hallmark actress.
ReplyDeleteSo happy to see Luke Macfarlane in another Christmas movie! Looking forward to pairing him with Jill Wagner--sounds like a hit to me!
ReplyDeleteOh this looks great! Love Jill!!!
ReplyDeleteAnother one of Jill's excellent performance in drama category. I wish more of her movies soon. Thank you Net for all you do.
ReplyDeleteHonestly I think this was just alright. I wasn't a fan on how things were handled between Maggie and Tanner. I wish they had a better closure. I'm not sure I liked how Maggie went on a date with Casey despite still seeing Tanner (i wasn't sure if they broke up when they fought). I'm just never a fan of this type of story where there's existing boyfriend. Jill Wagner and Luke Macfarlane was great though and I had high hope but I was slightly disappointed.
ReplyDeleteif you really watched the movie, Maggie was never that close to Tanner. The "break up" between Maggie and Tanner came at the Christmas party when she asked somebody to return the tickets and left the party.
DeleteI thought it was a fantastic Christmas movie. The entire cast was very good, even the younger versions of Jill Wagner - Jorydon Ashley Olson and Luke MacFarlan - Marcus Zane Carvalho. A great way to spend a holiday watching by the fire!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know what the song is that's playing in the preview???
ReplyDeleteDid they cut scene with Maggie, Casey, Jordan, & Maggie's Mom while taking the picture together?
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I enjoyed it. The performances were very good and we were pleasantly surprised by it having a "Dear God" letter rather than "Dear Santa" letter subplot.
ReplyDeleteI liked this movie.Great cast and the story came full circle rather nicely.I too liked the letter sub-plot.In this age of tech everything it was a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for sharing!!! :)
DeleteJill, as many of you know, is one of my favorite Hallmark actresses!!!
Merry Christmas, Everyone!!! :)
Loved the movie, but who played Billy???
ReplyDeleteViv Leacock played him...Do u know who sings the song or the title of it in the preview?
DeletePeople realize that the parts of the movie are missing; what's happen, disappointed because the movie was not yet ending
ReplyDeleteThe leads in this movie were really great.I like to see emotions and some of the actors are rather stiff in some Hallmark movies. The whole cast meshed rather well and I too loved the letter to God.
ReplyDeleteThis is probably my most favorite Hallmark movie of the season. I like the incorporation of God into the plot no matter how small. Jill Wagner just shines as believable and natural as well as beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGreat movie! Welcome addition to Hallmark’s Christmas line up! Loved the movie and the message!
ReplyDeleteGreat movie! Also great book. Loved the message.
ReplyDeleteI hope this will be available on dvd soon. Good movie!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great movie! I loved the sweet parts where the little boy wrote his letter to God:)
ReplyDeleteRe-watching this classic today. :) -Maria
