πŸ’Take a Look at the New Movies Airing This WeekendπŸ’ SEE HERE:

Happy last weekend of Summer, everyone! The first day of Fall will begin officially next week. For us in the Mid-West, we've had a little dip in the temps recently, but this weekend the 90's are set to return. So, it's really going to be a hot weekend for us to send off the Summer! Hope your weather is sunny, but pleasant.

There are four all new movies premiering this Saturday and Sunday. One of them, This Little Love of Mine (pictured above), clearly has a Summer feel, since the story takes place on a beach! Check out details on this film from Great American Family and all of the new movies below...

Happy 100 Days Until Christmas!
Candace Cameron Bure, Jen Lilley, Andrea Barber, and Lori Loughlin

What a fun week it was - receiving the official news on Candace Cameron Bure's ALL NEW CHRISTMAS MOVIE with Great American Family, A Christmas… Present, and her new project Candace Cameron Bure Presents: Christmas on Candy Cane Lane with Andrea Barber and Dan Payne. Plus, it was such a delight to see the images from Great American Family, as they work on their Great American Christmas promos.

Now, of course, there are all sorts of Christmas movie news floating around on social media, and there are all sorts of Christmas movie titles in production. I try my best to only reveal news once it becomes official from the networks, but sometimes, that is rather hard to do. Case in point... this social media post today from Brigitte Kingsley (Home for Harvest), who shared a set-pic and details on her upcoming Great American Family movie, Art of Christmas. Is it okay if I just whisper this news and share it today with all of you???...

Brigitte says she feels like a princess on the set of her new movie, Art of Christmas. Might this new movie have a royal theme? We shall see! Brigitte certainly looks like Cinderella, with her lovely blue ball gown and tiara.

Hope you enjoy some of the new TV movies this weekend. I'm planning on watching This Little Love of Mine on Great American Family and Love's Sweet Recipe on UPtv. How about you? Please share in comments below...

Disclaimer: Please know when I share a movie, this is NOT an endorsement of any of the actors involved, personally or professionally, with their other TV/film projects.

Please note: I have not pre-screened the new movies airing this weekend. If you'd like to post a review on whether a film is family-friendly, please share in comments.

Blessings to you all! Net

‘Wedding Of A Lifetime’ Coming to Hallmark...

Hallmark announced via Deadline a new movie project coming later this year, titled ‘Wedding Of A Lifetime,’ starring Jonathan Bennett and Brooke D’Orsay.

This is the storyline via Crown Media: "Bennett (Mean Girls) and D’Orsay play an engaged couple who have been together since their days as high school sweethearts in a close-knit mountain town, but have found themselves in a rut and out of love. As Darby and Jake prepare to break the news of their separation to their families, they inadvertently find themselves entered in a “romantic relationship competition” hosted by a popular national daytime TV show after being nominated by the whole town. The grand prize is a televised, all-expenses-paid “wedding of a lifetime!” Though Darby and Jake are uncomfortable pretending they are still engaged, they decide to continue with the show. Neither of them wants to disappoint their family and friends, and being on the show could potentially give both their careers a boost. Will the charade end with Darby and Jake coming clean and going their separate ways, or will the competition rekindle their romance?"

*My Quick Take:

Sometimes the fake boyfriend/girlfriend/fiancΓ© storyline, etc... can be cute, but sometimes, it can be annoying, too. (in my opinion) It's a story that has been done a lot. Maybe, too much. I mean, I still love A Boyfriend for Christmas, Holiday Engagement, Surprised by Love, etc... but it would be nice to see some original plot content in these new productions. I didn't see An Unexpected Christmas, but this storyline seems to be quite similar, with two exes pretending to still be involved.

Anyway, that's one of the new films that will premiere sometime later this year on Hallmark- before the Christmas movies begin in October.

Blessings on your day, Net
